Real People that Care

General Manager Brian Dileo and his crew really went above and beyond providing an exceptional sales experience. The lease on my daughters Q50 was up and Brian and his crew Amir and Samir really made the transaction simple and easy the selection process was very quick price and payments were presented in a very transparent fashion then paperwork was handled quickly and a very clean and prepped QX50 was in our driveway. Fast forward to this week my son in law totaled his car and we decide to return to Passport which had a great selection of pre-owned Infinitis in their inventory to choose . We chose a very nice well maintained 2015 Q40 and again Brian , Amir and Samir made the transaction very simple and easy and now there is a Certified PRe-Owned Infiniti in the family . The personal service that Brian and team provide will always keep our family returning for all of our Infiniti Sales and service needs ...Awesome Job boys and thanks very much for a fantastic experience

If you know what you want and at what price they will work with you unlike BMW, Toyota, or Mercedes. Plus the best features come standard.

Over the moon...

So after having troubles with the first dealership I decided to try out Passport and the first thing I was greeted with a smile and pleasant tone and manner by Garry Drummond. He is the true meaning of customer service... Mind You I was already pissed and ready to go off From the first dealership. I had a check engine light and just wanted some straight answers and no bulls. Garry assured me I would be able to go to work while my car was worked on. He kept me up to date on everything from beginning to end. I could have spent all my money there and not care because of great I was treated. Am a true and loyal customer and refuse to have anyone work on my car. Am telling you this man needs to be promoted. Thanks again.

Oil and filter change was fantastic

This is where I bought my infinity ( used) and therefore I have been taking my car there since I bought it in 2016. They have been excellent in oil and filter change. They send me reminders and always process my car in a timely fashion while my toddler and I wait in their very exquisite waiting room. I think they should be also giving some discount or coupons to regular customers to keep their business. Thanks.

Great Experience

Finally a dealership that actually values customer service. From scheduling the appointment to dropping the car off, they made the process completely enjoyable... like that could even be possible.

Professional, no-hassle buying experience

Bought a new Infiniti, but was waiting for dealer incentives. Was called immediately when those incentives were available, with the car "in stock" and available. Buying process was very simple, no going back-and-forth between the salestaff and management. Wish every car-buying experience was this easy.

Excellent Service

Passport Infiniti of Alexandria was great in assisting with my repairs. Things were completed in a timing manner. Overall the dealership were very professional and provide great service.

Beware

Drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the used Infiniti advertised internet price was $11,975. Be aware that you will pay an additional thousand dollars for dealer processing and preparation. So the car was actually 13,000. That would not include taxes title and tags. The manager said he would honor the internet price but it was still $1,000 additional. Make sure you ask all the questions before you take a long drive.

Terrible...

I felt like I had to beg to buy a car from this dealership. They were not responsive, and did not seem to care much. Terrible experience.
