Infiniti has always done such a phenomenal job. My service guy Garry has always took amazing care of my car. Also he is very knowledgeable of what he does.

Do NOT take your car here. Horrible service, try to take advantage of you every way possible. After they ran their $500 “diagnostic” which was done without my approval they fixed the fuse engine fuse box. After, they claimed the alternator was acting up and tried to charge me $1500!!!! For an alternator. They then were of no assistance trying to help get my battery charged enough to take the car down the road. The battery was dead because my car had been there for nearly 2 weeks. Gary in the service department would respond to my emails every 2-3 days… and was never “at his desk” to answer a call. I ended up having to get someone to drive to the dealership and jump my car, sit there and wait for the battery to charge. For how much they charge for their cars their was certainly no “family” feel or care that I had one of their products. More of a how can we suck every dollar out of this person. Can’t express how horrible this was, do NOT use at all costs.
