Do NOT take your car here. Horrible service, try to take advantage of you every way possible. After they ran their $500 “diagnostic” which was done without my approval they fixed the fuse engine fuse box. After, they claimed the alternator was acting up and tried to charge me $1500!!!! For an alternator. They then were of no assistance trying to help get my battery charged enough to take the car down the road. The battery was dead because my car had been there for nearly 2 weeks. Gary in the service department would respond to my emails every 2-3 days… and was never “at his desk” to answer a call. I ended up having to get someone to drive to the dealership and jump my car, sit there and wait for the battery to charge. For how much they charge for their cars their was certainly no “family” feel or care that I had one of their products. More of a how can we suck every dollar out of this person. Can’t express how horrible this was, do NOT use at all costs.

We forwarded your feedback to management for review and upon further investigation, we see your vehicle needed a more in-depth diagnosis due to multiple issues with your vehicle. Our records indicate you were sent estimates and approved of all work performed on your vehicle; once the approved replacement for your fuse box was completed, our shop foreman inspected your vehicle and found further repairs that were needed. We understand repairs can be frustrating and sometimes costly, and advised you to reach out to the dealership you recently purchased this vehicle from so they may try to help cover some of the repair costs for your vehicle. We appreciate you bringing your vehicle to Passport INFINITI of Alexandria and are available to accommodate you if/when you are ready to move forward with the repairs needed for your vehicle.

Infiniti of Alexandria is the only place I go to get my QX60 serviced. Garry Drummond is amazing! Garry is detailed and courteous. He makes my entire family feel welcomed and we know we are in good hands. Garry’s customer service is first class! Infiniti of Alexandria is the place to go if you want a beautiful vehicle and excellent service especially the service department! Thanks Garry and the entire team in the service department!
