Great service for my recall!

To Brenda and Gary my thanks! You two are true ambassadors for the Passport Infiniti brand! Brenda reentered my online reservation for my specific purpose in going into the dealership. Her customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable about this recall and he assured me that my Red Sport was going to run as good as the last one. As usual, he was correct!

Amazing customer service

I went to Passport Infiniti with the intent of only looking at the 2021 QX50 however due to the incredible customer sevice of Betty, Joe and the entire team, I walked out with both an amazing deal and a beautiful new car. In a world where customer service seems to be on the decline, the exact opposite is true here. Every single person I met went above and beyond and I am grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!

Super surprise

Finance manager was helpful and easy to work with. Infiniti salesman was efficient and did a great job explaining amenities of my new QX 55.

Bait and Switch

Tried to buy a new car here. Their online pricing tool gave a total build and breakdown of the cash purchase price for the vehicle. The title of this breakdown was “Cash price details”, and the final number shown was titled “Total Vehicle Purchase Price”. When I called to purchase the vehicle at that price, the general manager refused to acknowledge the pricing tool and was very rude and belittling on the phone. He added almost $10k to the internet tool price and said that he wouldn’t honor the price from the website tool. He proceeded to patronize us and explain how that price could not possibly make sense and that they wouldn’t honor it.

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your inquiry, as we provide honest and fair pricing for our vehicles. Our team did agree to honor the internet price listed, as we do with all internet listings, but would not honor the total price showing in the Estimated Payment Tool (this tool is merely an estimate of monthly payments, not actual pricing; please see disclaimers). We had a technical error reported where a rebate was factored in multiple times, so it was giving an incredibly discounted (and incorrect) final price. The vehicle was discounting almost $9,000 in the tool, which would have discounted the vehicle a total of $21,000. Our team tried to explain this was an obvious technical error, but we do apologize if this sounded rude in any way. Again, we agreed to honor the actual internet price, but sadly could not honor the price from the Estimated Payment Tool.

Maintenance done on both of our Infiniti vehicles

Amazing experience Garry Drummond is the most thoughtful employee. He is always ready for us, welcomes us, and has a loaner ready. Talks us through the maintenance necessary for that time in a way that makes me feel like family. Great place!
