Passport INFINITI of Alexandria

Trust is an exceedingly rare commodity these days. A relationship that spans thirty years provided numerous examples of the trustworthiness of Passport Infiniti. During that time I purchased two cars and all of the work on my G35 has been performed by Passport exclusively. Each problem was diagnosed immediately, the cost was true to the estimate (or less!), and I have never had an issue with any of the work. Because I am relocating, my time with Passport has come to an end. But I will consider myself blessed if my new dealership is half as classy as Passport.

They are prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. The waiting room was neat and clean. Seating was six feet apart. Everyone wore mask. I felt safe waiting on my car.

There were a few bumps in the road like having to return the following day to complete the sale because of time only to wait an hour for the finance person to arrive after the time I was asked to arrive. There was a tire pressure light on which I addressed before leaving. They added air and said it would reset. It didn’t. I took it to the VW dealership and apparently the wrong valves are installed. All in all it was painless compared to most car buying experiences.

My vehicle is always taken care of and I'm able to get a loaner vehicle, if needed. Thank you for great and wonderful customer service.

Mr. Brown, the service manager. He assisted me with my vehicle service. I need it safety inspection and alignment. I got there early. He took my car in with no problem. He did the alignment, He also took care of few minor defects to pass my vehicle at no additional charge. He is always very polite,He takes care of my vehicle every time I go there with no problem. He never tries to over sale items that I don’t need.
