Had car in for repair git 4 miles down the street and transmission light can right back on and car started acting up

Sir Walter

if you want or need a new ride this is hands down the place to go. I have been to numerous locations and dealerships. Sir Walter Chevrolet was a true blessing to me as was Elijah, he was very pleasant knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. I will be a repeat customer and strongly encourage others to see these good folks. I love my ride and experience. Elijah removed all stress from the deal.

Purchase was seamless from start to finish!

Purchase was seamless from start to finish! Casey was thorough and kept his word from the start. Honest salesperson and everything I was promised was delivered in a very fast manner! They shipped me car from North Carolina to Wisconsin within 2 days! My mail doesn’t come that fast!!

The car was delivered on time and the man that delivered the car had nothing but good words to say about Dana Weaver. 2023 z71 @Sir Walter Chevrolet -Aaron B

My experience was excellent. The best thing about it was Aaron B.?s (Salesperson) follow up and doing what he said he would do. I bought this on-line so the email thread was critical to the remote purchase. Aaron and Eric C. (Finance Mgr) we very responsive and available. Great job Aaron and Eric. I love my new Suburban.

Unprofessional

I dropped my car off for an 8:30am appointment to get an estimate on a repair that I already knew I needed. Hadn't heard anything by 12:30pm, so I reached out to the representative that was assigned to my vehicle. He told me that he wasn't at his desk at the time, and would reach out to me as soon as he was back, which I was fine with. Two hours later, I still had not heard from him, so I called him. He did not answer my calls. I ended up having to call the service department. Initially, they kept sending me to his line, and telling me that they could see that he was at his desk, but he wouldn't answer his phone, so I eventually just left a voicemail. Some time passed, so I called again. This time I got an associate, who happened to be beside him, so they handed him the phone. He then proceeded to tell me that my transmission was bad....which is what I already told him that morning. I asked him what was wrong with it, and due to him not having an answer, he simply said, "the inside of it is all ripped up. We don't know when it'll go out, but it could happen at any moment." I then had to ask him what the estimate for repair was, because he wasn't in a rush to tell me, at which point he told me it'd be $8400 to replace. I told him I'd be on the way to pick the car up. I knew the situation with the transmission was not as bad as he made it out to be, but at this point I just wanted my car back. A few minutes after getting off the phone with him, I received a text from the service department saying that after assessing my vehicle, it was cost me $5900 to get the transmission replaced. I assume he saw that the message was sent, because he called me after I received the text to tell me that he was able to work some things out to get me a cheaper price. A complete lie. He gave me an incorrect estimate, then tried to play it off as them giving me a deal once he saw the real estimate. Once I got the the service department, I spoke with a different associate, who informed me that the reason they couldn't rebuild the transmission is because you need "someone who is a really good car mechanic to be able to rebuild a transmission for a car with my mileage." I took that to mean that he was saying that the mechanics at that dealership are not "really good", so he wouldn't recommend they rebuild it. Bottom line is, I will never do business with this dealership again, and I will recommend against patronizing this place if anyone ever inquires about them.

Tire repair

Service representative worked to get the car tire that was needed on the day promised. It was a short wait for the tire to be mounted and placed on the vehicle.

Bait and switch service

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE place to have your car serviced. They lie about what’s wrong and get you to pay for unnecessary repairs then try to Have you pay for all types of things. Dont know how to properly look at a car and diagnose issues. Been here more than 3x with absolutely no results. Disrespectful employees in service department and have no idea about cars. Very frustrating experience. These people dont care about anyone at all it’s very disheartening
