An upset customer
Every since I purchased my car a month ago it has given me nothing but problems. I have taken it to the shop twice within a month. Car stalls out and doesn’t drive sometimes.

Seem Untrustworthy
Not sure they're trustworthy and wouldn't go here again for two main reasons: 1) They aren't transparent or consistent about money transactions, and 2) they don't seem to operate in good faith. 1) They aren't transparent or consistent about money transactions. I came in for car service. I already knew the issue from Firestone's FREE diagnostic and told them over the phone-- it happens to be a notorious issue for this model. The Chevy rep, after having taken my keys already, mumbles that "There's a $165 fee for diagnostic, but we waive it if we find anything wrong." I checked with him, "Oh wait, but you do waive it if you find anything wrong?" He confirmed again. I declined the repair which cost a couple thousand, outside of warranty. (Lol, broader tirade: Chevy cars ain't it for reliability fam.) But then, another store rep said I owed over $200 for the diagnostic. I relayed what the 1st man said and he rebuffed, "Well, that's only if you decide to get the service." 2) It seems they will try to deceive you if they can get away with it. Maybe that's how they treat females based on their other negative reviews? I inquired about selling my car and I overheard a higher-up advising the sales rep, "She brought her car in here for a fix and now she wants to try to sell." They offered me $1,500. Another dealership (after in-person inspection) offered me $4,000, factoring in the repair costs. Sir Walter Chevrolet doesn't operate in good faith.

Customer Service was awesome the time after approval was very long waiting for them to bring the car around and all the paperwork to sign that should have been digital or something to that affect..this was extremely to much.

Sales staff was informative, professional and straightforward. I got what I wanted in a low pressure setting. Everything was organized and streamlined, a painless car buying experience. I would definitely recommend.

Poor service and customer service skills: GM/Matt
Poor service and customer service skills: GM/Matt Birkhead and Michael/Fixed Operations are poor leaders/Chevy Representatives. Service issue neglected by Michael initially.... and Birkhead didn't assist in resolving. Go to another location for peace of mind.

Tim in the parts department is the worst ever I don't
Tim in the parts department is the worst ever I don't believe Sirwalter hire people like him. I call the parts department before I drove one hour to get a key made, they told me to bring the title showing ownership and driver's license when I got there Tim told also me with a bad attitude I need a letter from the company authorizing you to get the key, that doesn't make a sense if my name on the title and I own the company, why Tim let me drive one hour then he changes his mind.

I bought a car 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have it.
I bought a car 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have it. It wasn’t even marked as ‘sold’ to send until 3 days ago. No immediacy in getting me my car but they sure got me the loan fast! I am so unhappy and feel like I have been bamboozled. And NO ONE CARES. They made their sale, they’ve got their money but o don’t have a car and who knows when I’ll get it

I have been a customer of Sir Walter Chevrolet for about 5 years. I purchased my Chevy from them and they are the only shop that I have service my car. The short story is they honest, knowledgeable, and very considerate of my needs. They are great!
