I’m looking for a Ford Explorer or Expedition. I pull into the dealership and I go inside. Everyone is too busy to notice, same thing when I walked around the lot. I try to text saying I’m in the lot…no one came out, and they didn’t ask where I was!?! I have money to put down, am prequalified. I said that in the text. Nothing. I’m disappointed, I was looking to get a vehicle tonight. Sorry if I bothered anyone, thanks

Not Trustworthy Stay Away
Promised vehicle at a price then they backed out. Stay away from this dealership. Sales managers should not be trusted and are the worst I have encountered.

Dishonest
Dishonest. Change stories when called out. Didnt do what they said they would do. Didnt perform one of the ?we owe? items. Say they dont know anything about that particular tonneau cover or how to fix it. Even though they sold it to me. When I can tell they didnt try. Weather stripping that I showed them had come off was Still laying inside cab of truck. Loaner vehicle was filthy inside and out from previous user. Still had trash in it. Trunk full of boxes with garbage in it.

2022 Ford Maverick Purchase
Overall the process was fairly smooth from point of ordering vehicle to delivery. A few small glitches so I can't give all 5 stars but overall would recommend dealership.

Wonderful truck!
I had been working with this dealership in Apex the prior 2 week on another vehicle but we could not come to an agreement. This is amazingly gorgeous truck showed up and they hit the sweet spot on the payment they I wanted. Be patient and they will get you where you need to be. The only complaint I have is the truck could have been prepped better, there was plastic left all over and the interior windows were dirty. Yaz the salesman was great!
