Totally Satisfied Customer

The only Ford dealership I go to. I love their customer service, the waiting area is always clean and presentable, and the employees always greet me with a smile. I haven't had one bad experience.

2013 Ford Edge Repair at Crossroads Ford Cary NC

Car had 42k miles and transaxle was leaking. It had been repaired under warranty at 28k miles. I asked whether Ford had a program to cover repair since it had failed again after 14k miles. When the service agent called me the next day he told me tht a new transaxle was ordered and would be covered under warranty. There was no negotiation. Crossroads and Ford stepped up. I was very thankful. A great example of taking care of your customer.

Outstanding!

The courtesy shuttle service was truly a blessing for me. The driver was great and my service advisor was great!

Service Experience @ Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC

Brought my Ford Fusion in for a routine oil change and tire rotation at Crossroads Ford Service in Cary, NC per the terms of my lease agreement. Service was friendly and efficient. Very comfortable facilities while I waited; WiFi equipped and TV.

repair of insulation under Escape

We hit something on the road that tore insulation by the catalytic converter lose. They were prompt in getting back with me about repair costs. They discussed the trade offs of simple repairs and trying to re-attach the damaged insulation to the car to save money as opposed to complete replacement. They then did the replacement very quickly and had the car back on the road the same day

Problem solver

We were having a problem with a window that would go up and down on its own and occasionally the car would not start They did an excellent job of finding the problem and correcting them
