We have bought several vehicles from Crossroads Ford. We have bought 3 this year. Everyone there are friendly and professional. Paperwork takes too long. There has to be some way to improve on the time it takes.

Best buying experience to date!
This dealership is very customer oriented. They were amazing to work with. The price was great, the car is excellent, and the process was over and done in a few hours. I have purchased numerous cars, and this was the best experience to date!

Ford Fusion Energi - A car worth owning
My purchase of my leased Ford Energi was excellent. Low stress, good folks. I highly recommend the Apex Ford dealership! I like the lease process. I got to use the car and learned that I really liked it ... then finished off the deal with a purchase. I think this is the way to go for me. A quick note. I?ve purchased Japanese cars for years but took a gamble on the Energi. I am impressed and feel that this vehicle is of excellent quality as where my previous Japanese car purchases. I don?t feel at all that I?m settling at all when purchasing an American car.

A very plesant buying experience.
After a previous negative experience at another dealer in the past when the salesman had to leave us 5 times to check with manager on each aspect of the deal, I requested to deal directly with a manager. I really appreciated the convenience of dealing with someone who could make a final decision. The manager was very patient and professional and I will return for my next purchase.

Bought used escape, did not like first car. Second one was better than the first and was given nearly the same price.

worst place to buy a new vehicle.
Managers basically lied to my face. Gave me half of what my trade in was and said they never seen that deal before on rebates when they currently have them a month later. What a joke.

Horrible Customer Service
Horrible customer service, don't deliver on their promises, enjoy wasting customers time! We bought a Ford Flex from Crossroads Ford in October and it has been a disaster, not the car, but the customer service and process....and we paid CASH! We worked with Derrick at Crossroads and while he is very friendly he cannot deliver on anything in a timely manner or not at all. The service department is atrocious and couldn't care less about the customer. Such a bad experience and not even their "customer experience" person could deliver on good customer service or promises. I would steer clear of this dealership for both buying and servicing your car.

Upgraded to IPhone 6
In order to SYNCH with my IPhone6, I had to upgrade the SYNCH system in my CMAX. The upgrade worked but also removed all of my presets for SIRIUS. I was not warned of this. I feel that the upgrade could save the presets and reset them after upgrading the software. WARNING: If your car is not under warranty, the software upgrade costs $105.
