Issue with power windows 2013 F-150

Work was performed as expected. Intermittent electrical issue that took several visits to shop but technicians were able to isolate the issue to a wiring harness in the drivers side door and then locate the main cause of the intermittent issue.

Five years without skipping a beat

Completely satisfied with purchase of two vehicles; ordered a 2013 Mustang GT in March 2012 and bought my first F-150 in Dec 2016. In both cases, the sales team was helpful, friendly and not pushy. I got exactly what I wanted at what I felt was a great price, both times. I've had the Mustang in for significant warranty work and the techs bent over backwards to get things to my satisfaction. It runs better than new and I value it as much as the day I picked it up. The buying and delivery process for the truck was slick yesterday. In at 9. Truck located at 9:30. Deal wrapped up before 11:30am. David, Terry, Allen - folks who look out for your interests. Aside from a driveline warranty issue, I'm beyond satisfied with modern Ford vehicles. Highly Recommend them!

2017 ford fusion purchase

Rob was very helpful in making the purchase. They were very accommodating getting our payment where we wanted. We are enjoying our new Ford Fusion.

Disappointed finance wouldn't take a wire transfer from my bank to pay for the car but much preferred a cashiers check.

Ford Explorer owner

I went there to have locks fixed on doors. They located the problem, gave me a quote to fix it. The quote was half the value of the car. I am trying to figure out to repair or replace the car. These people run a first class operation at their Cary shop.

Very hsppy in time it took.

I was happy, when I arrived they said it would take an hour. It only took 35 min.
