Fast service

When I arrived home after my tire rotation the stem cover on one of my tires was missing. Luckily I had a spare at home to cover the stem but now it doesnt match the other 3 tires.

Nice work Crossroads

The only time i have to bring my Fusion in is for recall work. I've never had any problem with my car and ford is proactive in fixing things before they affect me. The Crossroad folks are nice, the wait room is second to none and my wait times are always short. Plus if the work is long I get a ride home on the shuttle; what could be better than that? Nice work Crossroads.

Oil change service.

Oil change service on 2011 Ford Ranger. Staff was very courteous. Work completed in within estimated time provided by service rep. Work met my expectations.

Great Service.

Ford Explorer 2015! The staff is very helpful! Below is the only comment I would like to make. I really wish you would allow service needs such as oil changes, etc. to be able to set up appointments. It would be very helpful not to have to wait so long when service is needed. I had to wait 2 hours in Jan.
