I think that they did an okay job the problem lies within Ford's actual warranty replacement part that was installed on my car. The car still behaves strangely though it has improved some. I've never been disappointed with a Ford vehicle until I bought my '14 Focus. I'm sad to say that I may never buy a Ford again despite being a Ford family from the beginning. If I could afford to I would have gotten rid of this car a while ago.

Truck Servicing

Sporadic Problem not replicated
The two sporadic problems that I experienced were not replicated by the service team. I was asked to bring the vehicle back when the problems occur.

Great Service
I had the inside door panel on my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited replaced. I was very satisfied with the work. My vehicle had only 55,000 miles is four years old. I had purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle for 75,000 miles or 7 years. I was not happy that I had to pay anything for this work. I felt that Ford should have made this good.

Quick efficient mechanics, poor customer service
The actual service performed was handled quickly and efficiently, so I cannot fault the mechanics at all. On the other side, the customer service was less than exemplary. I came in wanting a particular job done and the representative tried to argue against having it done. He eventually caved, but it was annoying needing to justify my reason for wanting my tires balanced, especially when the same service department issues me a coupon for just that service.
