I could not be happier from the initial discussion about the car via email and later on the phone for the appointment to reserve the car to the final drive home. At every contact, I was able to verify the car fax and history of the vehicle and sure enough when I made a two hour drive, the car was even better than I'd hoped. I worked with various people including the internet sales team, sales staff, general manager, finance manager, and with every one, I was very pleased at their professionalism and focus for customer service; value and quality. By the time I signed the final papers I had zero reservations and full confidence I was working with a dealer that can be trusted completely in every way. There was not one thing inconsistent about the process. Zero pressure and everything was explained as we went along. This is a great dealership from my past experiences.

When coming into this dealership you are treated with a since of equal respect and helpfulness no matter what your price range or market of vehicle is. The staff, right down from the beginning makes u feel welcomed and comfortable. There are no sales tricks or trying to oversell you on anything, there word stayed true and never failed. I was looking for a specific Mercedes. Johan understood my goals and limitations. Unlike other dealers who just made me leave, he actually found a car that fit my needs. I was shopping for my new car on the internet. And I found this type car is veryy interesting in terms of the design. However, I had set a limit on the money that i want to spend on my new car. So I made a phone call to the Benz dealership and the person on the other side willing to help. Therefore I bough the car that i like.

I ordered a Sprinter van. There were over 300 pages of options in the equipment handbook. William was very patient and helped get answers to all of my questions. Even when it meant contacting the factory. There was no pressure to make a sale and I got a very fair price without any haggling. William kept me informed of my build status, even when there were delays (out of his control).

We drove from sacramento, so we expected a lot.....they wanted our business and it turned into a pleasurable buying experience for our E350.
