Beshoff Motors was the only dealer nearby that had the new Smart Car I had been searching for online. My experience with them began online with a very friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman who set up a time to meet at my convenience. She was very helpful and accommodating, and was ready with cars to show me as soon as I arrived. The dealership had exactly the car I had been searching for, ready for me to drive off the lot. My experience with my salesperson, the test drive, with the other members of the sales team, and with the finance department were all positive and pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This was our first Mercedes Benz and our first stop was at Beshoff and we were warmly greeted by a professional sales woman who was very kind and very helpful. Through the entire process she kept us her number one priority and even after the purchase was right there with follow up calls etc. I have never experienced this type of professionalism. Not only will we be back for another Mercedes when the time comes but it will be to Beshoff's.

At BMW dealer, we got run around a bit and then decided to go with MB. We sent our car specifications to all the Mercedes-Benz dealers in our area. Beshoff Motors gave us upfront pricing without any bargaining and we didn't negotiate on the top of it as it looked like pretty good deal. He was going to get the car as dealer trade from other dealers. He tried to get it while we were waiting, but couldn't. Then we gave our second choice and asked us to call if he can get it. He called us within an hour and we bought it the same day.

I've been looking for a new Mercedes for the past 4 months - visited several locations in the Bay Area. Similar prices, styles and inventory. There were a few things that set Beshoff apart from the rest... customer service. I didn't feel hunted when I walked into the showroom and there was absolutely no pressure from the saleswoman. Very knowledgeable staff and really wanted to inform me of my choices when it came to lease vs. finance. Great web site too. They know what they're doing.

since we had misunderstanding at some points but they are willing to solve the problems and let consumers' understanding and need, they not only offer good car sale but also a good consumers' impression and service. Their price is good compared to other benz stores in bay area.
