I went into Auto World Kia in East Meadow NY and was pleasantly surprised at not only how professional every in the dealership treated us but how efficiently they operated. I entered the store at 3:30pm and by 5:45pm I was pulling out of the lot with my brand new Optima. My salesmen Edwin Beltre was extremely knowledgeable about not just Kia products but all cars within the range I was shopping for. He and the dealership made me a Kia lover!!!

I recently bought a KIA Soul from the KIA dealership in East Meadow, NY. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I felt that I was treated fairly, I didn't feel like they were "pushing" a car on me. I was given the chance to take my time and select the vehicle I wanted without feeling pressured by the salesman. Josh Levin was the salesman who helped me and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Well it’s been less than a year and I am back to the AUTOWORLD KIA BIG 3. Changed the name, but same excellent, professional and friendly services. Unfortunately, my car was rear ended and totaled by insurance standards. So I came back to my previous salesman Joshua Levin who was very understanding and symptomatic to my situation. He took his time and found me a use/new car for me. In my budget and most important the car that felt right. You know what I am talking about. If you ever bought a car, you acquire that feeling when you get behind the wheel and its feels like it’s the car that you always wanted. That’s what I got, Kia Soul 2013 and with very low mileage. The finance manager Richard, was as usually very helpful and got me the best loan from the bank possible. A year later I still strong believer that Kia line offers the best value and one of the best crash standards on the market today. I am very happy with the car and most important with the service that I received. It’s always nice to expect good services due to the last experience, but to get great one is very rare. Strongly recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone who is in the market to get a new or a used car.
