The dealership is a joke, one finance mngr lied to me about the price of an auto start, second mngrdid not take the time to tell me about the dealership rushed me out .. picked up the car the prep people rushed the car out, stickers still on the wheels plastic still on the seat belts wheel locks still in the glove box. If it wasn,t for my salesman Adam I would have walked away and left the car. I have bought almost 20 new cars in my life time Autoworld Kia is the worst dealership I ever dealt with.. Adam was the only reason I still bought the car...I still dont know how long my warranty is for or if I get any services for free....

I bought a KIA at your store this past weekend,and i would like every one to know whar a great experience i hade ,i want to mention sepcificly the manager Steve S,this gentleman went out of his way to make me and my wife feel good and relax,the salesman Adam also was very good and profesional. bottom line i would recomend this place and make sure you get the manager involve Mr.Steve S,wuill make all the difference.

I bought my Kia Sorento this past weekend, and the salesman Jackson, was super friendly, understanding my needs for a new vehicle. There was no pressure, and he was not a pushy salesman. He was an absolute pleasure and comes highly recommended. Jackson takes pride in his work and assuring the customer is completely satisfied. It was truly a great experience . And also kudos to the business mgr. James Delyanis who also was extremely nice and helpful & understanding. The both should be highly commended for their work ethics .

I called because of a flyer I received . Skeptical at first but the gentleman that answered was very courteous and explained it to me. Very clean dealership and well lit. Friendly staff all around from my salesman Josh to finance and even the receptionist. I felt as it ease and it was a pleasurable experience. Highly recommended!

picked up a new kia sorrento sx and had a great experience with help from Steve and Sean...Having run the gamut of dealer tricksters you will be VERY SURPRISED that you can get a straight deal with excellent prices from these guys. The entire nature of getting a new car is off putting to most people....these guys try very hard to overcome any and all obstacles, fortunatly with great success. These guys put together a an out of state deal with very little trouble. I would highly recommend this dealership they refuse to let any obstacles stand in the way of making YOU HAPPY !! Wish I had run into them sooner I would of gotten another car from them. Test drive the Sorrento you will be surprised how well it handles,the ride, the fit and finish are all excellent for this class and there is no better bang for the buck(tested highlander ,santa fe,mazda cx9).

Marcel Munlyn was friendly without being aggressive. He was personable without being pushy. I never felt pressured. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a KIA product. He was well informed on the car features and best of all he was extremely patient. I could not have asked for a better buying experience.

I have been to several dealerships and I was treated not the best to say the least. After two dealerships ran my credit I was given the run around for days and left on hold many times. I walked in to Autoworld Kia and was greeted by Ty and was treaded great. And drove away in my BRAND NEW KIA FORTE. thanks to the team at Autoworld Kia for there professional ways. Salespeople were attentive. We went in with the idea that we would finance the car, and after a bit of price haggling, we agreed on a monthly price that made us happy. We spoke to the gentleman who handles the financing and he worked up an even lower monthly payment if we leased the car....needless to say we left the same day driving a new Kia Sorento!

the service department is clean the mechanics are knowledgeable in their responses and honest. I have never had a bad experience and I feel good about taking my car to kia.
