worst dealership, i went there to trade in my car for a...

worst dealership, i went there to trade in my car for a new one they said my car thats worth 12,000 kelly blue book was worthless and they would give me 3300 for it they said go sell it somewhere else and come back, then the sales rep gave me a long speech on my modified car. I went to karp kia and they put me in a new car in a hour. Id stay away they are very unprofessional and dont know how to treat customers.

Love my soul

I went to the dealership one night after work and wanted to look at a few used cars. Being a women I was little nervous this is the first big purchase that I will be making on my own. I was thinking would it be easier to bring somone with me to help and maybe the salesman would treat me different ( this is because I had just come from another Dealership ) and I was treated with little respect. I came in a met Fernando a very respectfully man and was shock when he said he just his career a week earlier. I found the perfect Kia soul and we test drove the and I feel in love it . The certification that came with the car was just what I needed I'm on a limited budget so I was extremely happy that I could afford the car and get a 10/100 mile warranty. Fernando was working closely with one of his managers. His manger came over to me a sat down went over all my finace options with me ! I realized that everyone was going home but they stayed 2 hrs after the closed just so I could take the car home. I wanted to say a big thank you to Autoworld Kia and a special thank you to Tommy and Fernando you guys are the best ! I love my soul.

Great people !!!

Went to Autoworld Kia to see a car I saw on cars.com. Very happy with the overall experience. Great selection of cars. Test drove the car and was out in 1 hr couldn't believe how easy and quick they made it. Hats off the sales staff and management bunch of great people . Give them a shot and go to Autoworld Kia !! B

Pleasent experience!!

I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years so I was very apprehensive in coming into Kia. I was very pleased with my experience and my salesman Sid was so fun to work with. I love my new Sportage and I got a great deal on it. Will recommend.

Great selection

This dealership was very helpful Chris the salesperson had tons of product knowledge he directed me to the perfect optima with all the features I needed ..I got an amazing deal through the on the spot delivery program to get an amazing deal ...

They don't need my busines...lucky me

We were just there today looking for a new Kia. We saw at least 5 people working / walking around in the show room. I stood in front of the customer service desk for about 10 min and not one person has the courtesy to come over and ask if we need any assistance. So we just looked at the car we wanted by ourselves. By the time we left the show room, still not one person came over to acknowledge our presence. We will definately give our business to some other Kia dealer. I guess it's lucky for me that no one did bother to assist us.

Mark and Demitri were extremely polite and very patient...

Mark and Demitri were extremely polite and very patient with me to find the perfect car. Marck followed up with me daily to let me know what cars were in stock to see if I was interested. Demitri took the time when the right car was in to sit with me, review all the necessary ppwk and to go over every bit of the Optima with me. I am very pleased with their service and have recommended this dealership and them specfically to friends and family.

this has been a wonderful buying experance. the salesman dimitri loannides walked us through we picked the car we wanted the color we wanted and the options we wanted. our new forte is great and it was fun to do business with this dealer.
