The experience was a good one. I do wish ther process was quicker. It doesnt make sense to have to be there a fullwork day.

I went to dealership to look at used cars, the salesman...

I went to dealership to look at used cars, the salesman came out to ask what i wanted i told him an optima , well he showed me new ones and got me in one cheaper then a used one. I am not sorry at all about it. the staff was pretty friendly and helpful, will go back again when i am ready for another car.

The KIA Dealership is very friendly, and when they saw me...

The KIA Dealership is very friendly, and when they saw me looking around the lot, they came out and welcomed me and actually gave me the time of day, explaining everything about the Sportage I wanted to know. I am extremely pleased with the Sportage, even more than I expected. The style is so much better than the CRV or RAV4. I would recommend this dealership and in fact am bringing my sister to look at used vehicles this weekend.

I went to this dealership looking to buy right then....

I went to this dealership looking to buy right then. Well, the salesman seemed somewhat okay at first, but that turned into the worst experience of my life. I left the dealership so upset. I was looking at leasing a sportage, they tried to tell me the value of my car that I was trading in was $600 -- I ended up getting $2500 elsewhere....Does that seem right, NO. Then, after saying that about the trade in offer, he continued to tell me that if I put $1500 down my payment each month would be $617. I'm sorry, am I at Kia or Bentley? The lowest they got to was $500 and I said clearly this is a joke and had to leave, as I was leaving he had nasty remarks. THEN even after all of this, he proceeded to call my phone EVERYDAY asking me if I was still in the market for an optima.....I WAS THERE FOR A SPORTAGE. Finally I answered after a few days to inform him that I bought my car elsewhere. Never would I go to this dealership again nor recommend it.

Lacking veracity!

I negotiated for a 2012 Optima SX (April 2012). I was promised the vehicle although it was available out of state. It would be driven back to Autoworld Kia. Not only did the sales person tell me before signing that a mistake was made in the price, but she couldn't get the car and I purchased a 2013 at another Kia dealership.

first of all Id like to say that kia autoworld was a pleasure to work with. I walked in last year was looking to buy a new car. Addie Donohue was my dealer, she was amazing, so down to earth, really understood everything i wanted in a car. I bought the kia soul 2012. It was a great car great on gas too!! This year after hurricane sandy my 2012 kia was totalled from the flood that came with the storm.I was devestated. kia auto world worked with me day and night to get a new car for me. Addie had a car for me in a week!! a brand new kia soul 2013. She took care of everything!! It was the easiest thing. I would def recommend kia auto world of east meadow. The people that work there are friendly, proffessional and really do there jobs! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

awful

mark the manager was not interested in presenting me with a price. basically just rude. left and went to honda down the block and bought an accord on the spot. honda city was pleased to have my business.

bought a Honda instead

met with a sales guy - then Mark the manager - very unimpressive and couldn't care less about me as a customer. Was ready to buy - just looking for a price. Too much to ask I guess. Went down the block to Honda City the same night and bought an Accord. They were happy to have my business.

Waste of time

Before going to the dealer, we called and spoke with Cynthia, to see a Saturn Outlook. She confirmed the details of the car, and that the key was available. After driving for 20 minutes to get to the place in East Meadow, she comes out with the "I have bad, and good news. The bad is, tha we don't have the car, but I have some other cars tha you may like". this was done on purpose, ths person represents the company. This is why is a low integrity dealer and has no respect for the customers.
