Darek S. at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was the reason I bought my new vehicle. He was knowledgeable and professional, but more importantly he was friendly, approachable and sincerely cared about finding me what I really wanted in my budget. Not once did he pressure me to go above budget or settle. He is a class act and this dealership is lucky to have him.

The service writer was extremely courteous and offer me a ride back to the office since I was on my lunch break and they were a little busy. Someone picked me up after work when my car was ready. I very much appreciate the shuttle service.

Joselin met us with a smile and put us at ease right away. Car buying, when you’re not actually planning to buy, can be a daunting task. She showed us vehicles within our parameters and made sure we liked what we saw. She didn’t want to waste our time with options we didn’t like, which I appreciated. She was very easy to work with. She helped my husband and I agree on a vehicle purchase that we are excited for!

This is our 5th purchase at this McGrath and we have all our service and maintenance done there. The entire staff Is very professional and friendly. We especially enjoyed working with Bryan Salas...he is a terrific salesperson. Jason Landgraf really helped getting us a better loan rate and explaining the extended warranty we bought.

Superior service from start to finish. On line scheduling is intuitive, and the schedule is very flexible. I had to reschedule an appointment on short notice and it was very easy. For my rescheduled appointment, I was ready early, called and they told me to come in whenever I was ready. Extremely customer friendly process and wait time was reasonable. Outstanding.

Chris was my advisor. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional explaining what services needs to be done on my car. I would recommend him any day.

Very professional and fast. I was told my servicing would take about an hour and a half and instead it only took about 30 minutes. They gave me an overall good experience.
