McGrath Honda of St. Charles

In December 2019 I was rear ended and my Odyssey was totaled. I wanted another Odyssey and did not have time to do comparison shopping as I normally would. My husband and I needed to purchase a car quickly. We came to McGrath on a Saturday just before Christmas and came home with a used Odyssey. Joselin Lechuga was our salesperson and she was exceptional--stayed with us and did all she could to facilitate our transaction. She's personable, patient and knowledgeable. We were not only very impressed with Joselin, but also with George Othon, Dustin Johnson, and London (finance person). All did their best to make our unexpected car buying visit as painless as possible. Joselin did her best to motivate the service department to get the oil changed on our purchase so we could leave, but it was a very busy Saturday afternoon during the holidays and we feel the delay was unavoidable and to be expected. In the week or so following our purchase, Joselin was quickly accessible via email to answer a few questions I had about the new car and to offer solutions. Since then we have been happy with the car for the most part, one never knows if there may be issues when purchasing a used car--but so far our new (used) Odyssey has been fine and we trust that it will be as dependable and reliable as our old one. The work which was performed was excellent. CJ told me that the mechanic noticed a wobble with front tires during a test drive. The mechanic recommended that the brake rotors be resurfaced. I brought the Pilot in for routine B123 service. While I surprised that the front rotors needed resurfacing, I agreed to have the work done. The worked performed was excellent and the front wheels no longer wobble when braking.

Had another great service experience at St Charles Honda. Everything was done as expected and done well. I'm very happy with the results of the service done on my truck. Thank you!

I have always had a good experience with the Service Department in St. Charles. I guess I would be shocked if I didn't. :-) I am moving to New Mexico and I sure hope I find happiness with the Honda Dealer in Las Cruces there because it is about 112 miles from Silver City, NM. Over the years I have recommended McGrath of St Charles, I will miss your dealership greatly! Oh yeah, a few years ago we bought two 2016 Hondas from Carlos Fuentes, as you may know, he is the best!
