Great buying experience!

Zak and Johan were great sales advisors And I felt very

Zak and Johan were great sales advisors And I felt very much respected. They were patient with my questions and went above and beyond and explaining and helping. I wish their boss hadn’t been so lowballing of my trade-in which he immediately washed and listed for more than 6000 than what we finally agreed to after haggling. Wish I had stayed in the fight longer to get closer to KBB value instead of letting him convince me that it needed to be under.

I found that this dealership was quite accommodating and friendly. When I had an issue with the car I was purchasing they made sure that I could purchase without worry by fixing the issue immediately.

My 19 year old son was in an accident, and totaled his

My 19 year old son was in an accident, and totaled his car. He found a Hyundai Tucson online at McGrath Honda. He went with my husband to take a test drive, and loved the truck. He purchased it 2 months ago...and got the 90 day warranty . He didn't have an additional $4,400 for the extended warranty. He started having issues with his truck 2 WEEKS after he got it. He was traveling to Pennsylvania, and was told the warranty didn't reach that far. Now, his truck was revving at high speeds while stopped in traffic, and his truck died several times. He went to AutoZone to see what code popped up. It was catalytic converter issue. He made an appointment to bring it in to McGrath. He was there over 4 hours, and told he needs a new catalytic converter, as well as some other things that needed to be replaced. At a total of over $3,300. My son doesn't have that kind of money, so then I got involved. I spoke with GM named Jeff. He was trying to explain that it wasn't covered and he needed to pay this amount. I told him he doesn't have that money, and this truck should not be having these kind of issues two months after purchasing it. Jeff told me that he would be getting back to me in a little while, while he spoke with the technician that was working on my son's truck. He never called me back. I had called a little later in the afternoon, and I left a message. He STILL didn't call me back. That was this past Friday. I can understand if people are busy, but he still should have called to say I haven't forgotten about you, I'm still waiting on information from the technician. He did nothing. Here comes Saturday morning, after they opened, and Jeff still did not call me back. I had to call again on Saturday afternoon, only to be told by Jeff that there's nothing that they can do, about the price. I told him I want my son's truck put back together and I want it ready for pickup today... Monday, February 17th. As of this morning, Jeff STILL DIDNT CALL ME BACK! My brother-in-law took my son in to pick up his car without further incident. McGrath prides itself on its wonderful customer service, well, that wasn't the case with us! I would not recommend going there! And I certainly wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! If I can give it zero stars I would have.

Bought here a little less than a year ago.

Bought here a little less than a year ago. At the time Ivan was young and new, but refreshingly honest, respectful, hospitable, and if we'd ask a question that he wasn't certain of the answer to, he wasn't afraid to reach out to colleagues rather than making stuff up or changing the subject. He wasn't pushy and has reached out to continue to make sure we have been happy with our Honda Pilot regularly. It's nice to see quality customer service and genuine concern and caring in an era where younger folks seem to be increasingly apathetic as to the feelings of people other than themselves. Ivan is one of the good ones.
