I purchased a 2025 Passport TrailSport last month (Dec 2024). I was lucky enough to have Pete Mattison help me with the deal. Pete's been in the business a very long time and it shows. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied when I drove out with my new car. The dealership is fairly new being only 3 miles from my house, which is also a plus. I had a minor, new car issue and had to take the car into the service department (open 7 days a week). I received a nice loaner for two days until my Passport repair was completed. All in all, I am very happy with McGrath Honda.

Purchased vehicle that had seat belts removed and some had bolts threaded in turn or two risked my family’s safety for there greed they did not fix the issues and two days after vehicle is broke down

A horrible service center with rude employees and management that would rather make excuses than fix problems. They have no respect for their customer's time or vehicles. Not only would I never bring one of my cars back here, I don't think anyone that wants anything close to a professional service should use their services. I can't speak to their sales, but their service is so horrible I would be cautious about purchasing a car that is dependant on their service center.

Alex was amazing, we got not really knowing what we were going get and left with the car we wanted. We will definitely be back, thank again.
