No high pressure sales here, just service, service, service! Carlos really listened to me and found the right model and colors I wanted. It took a while to locate it, but I drove home in my new car...something I really was not exlpecting.

All I needed was a simple oil change. The service was very quick and the technician covered everything that was done, including the multi point inspection.

I have taken my car in for service a number of times and have found them to be good at keeping me informed as to cost, time to complete, additional work that may be required and, most importantly, have done an excellent job in fixing the problem. On more than one occasion they have really gone out of their way to provide me safe but innovative and cost effective solutions to repair issues.

Even with an appointment, it seemed the service took a long time. However, I'm satisfy with the service. I would highly recommend the service.

We purchased our first car with McGrath and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. They were friendly and they go out of your way to make sure you are happy. We had purchased our other Honda cars from another dealer and we were very unhappy with them that we have not gone back. We now bring our cars to be serviced by McGrath.

"McGrath" operates one of the most efficient and polite service centers that I have used since 2004. I will continue to seek out help there as long as I drive a Honda. Thank you guys

While I chose to buy a different model vehicle the people at McGrath Honda where more than accommodating and did their absolute best to meet my needs. I recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Made appointment for 4 tires, was told it will take one hour. It took almost 3 hours, only because I kept asking about my car. People come in and there's nobody there to help, happened to me before, happened to someone when I was waiting. 4 days later, tire was almost flat. Took it to closest tire place, and as Far as I expected they didn't prepare the rim for a new tire. If you go here, be prepared for issues. Hourly labor rate is not posted, ILLEGAL, they will charge you for labor while car sits in lot. Good Service Reps are forced to rip off clients by management. Go to DeKalb, or find a good mechanic and use Honda parts.

Honda McGrath was awesome! They’ll help you find what you need, drive it around and even quickly clean up the car even before you decide to purchase it. Our agent, Darek Smorczewski, was there from start to finish. He was very helpful and even calls you up after your purchase to makensure the car is holding up well. 5/5 !
