Honda
During sales process I was told wrong information by the sales person and had to be corrected before final sale. The sales manager would not talk to me and just made the correction without discusson about the faulty information provided. Seamed to be hiding.

Amazing service
I had a 2009 honda accord with engine problems for 6 months. Another honda dealer worked on it for several months and never fixed the mis firing issue. My last attempt to repair before having to trade in was with Tom at McGrath and he promised to fix it and he did! Only took his team a couple of days instead of months. I love his dedication. Thank you.

I never thought I would have this problem.
A damper in the heating system was defective. The technician had to tear the entire dash apart. Honda handled the problem as a warranty issue. We had a free loner for a week. Everything works perfectly!

Great Service Experience
This is the 1st time we've needed routine maintenance on our vehicle. (We did bring the car in a few months back for a tire replacement.) McGrath delivered as promised and we were serviced promptly without an appointment and the service engineer provided services that we didn't know were needed at this stage of ownership. The service team had a friendly attitude and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
