Great Dealership

The process was fast and easy. I showed up late afternoon but was still treated with great customer service. I had trouble finding the model Accord I wanted in surrounding locations, but this location had the exact model I wanted. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. My family has been coming here for years and will be for years to come.

Excellent Customer Service

Last month was our second time leasing with Mcgrath St. Charles. The service is always great no matter if we call with a question or walk in the door. Our salesman this year was Rob Capozziello. He went the extra mile to make sure we got the car we wanted on our budget. We really appreciated his honesty and respect.

Terrible service, but great sales people

Bought a brand new 2015 from McGrath. Has been in the service Dept once a month since last June for 3 separate problems that they can't figure out. My fiancé is a mechanic and knows what's wrong but they refuse to listen to him. One more visit to the service department and this Crosstour will be a LEMON. I'm sick of paying for a brand new car I can't drive and is constantly getting fixed for the same reasons that the service department doesn't know how to fix. Please get your xxxx together McGrath. Was planning on buying another Honda at first, but not anymore. Back to GM I go!

Bad experience

I came in looking to trade my 2014 Toyota 4Runner with low miles in excellent condition for a new Odyssey. As I walked in the door I was approached by the general manager who proceeded to told me I couldn't trade in my 4Runner at McGrath Honda because they only sell Hondas. This despite the fact that right now there's a Ford Explorer for sale sitting right next to their sign along the road. I'm really not sure why the GM thought I was wasting his time. His sales person never got back to me on pricing like he said would either. I had bought a Civic from them previously and this apparently didn't matter to them either. Basically they blew me off from the moment I walked in the door. The dealership itself is small and they didn't appear to have much to choose from compared to other dealers.

New used car purchace

I have been Buying cars from Gary McGrath for over 20 years. I recently purchased an immaculate 2012 Acura. As people know purchasing vehicles can be an agonizing experience. Starting with Ben our salesperson, Frank as Sales Manager and Dan in finance could have not been more professional and courteous. Helpful and Patient

Our salesman was very patient as we spent a lot of time thinking about what was right for us. He didn't pressure us and was very helpful in setting up a minor repair needed for a dent/scratch on the roof. The Honda itself drives wonderfully and I anticipate at this time that we will be purchasing Honda's in the future.

Welcoming and stress free

This is our first Honda and we are glad we chose McGrath Honda for our purchase. From the Sales person Michael Pompilio to the sales Manager Cozi Giancana we felt very welcome and they both were very helpful helping us pick out our new CRV. Not only will we go back for our next car we will tell our friends and business associates about McGrath Honda.

replacing our 2007 Accord

Our experience at McGrath Honda and with Michael Pompilio was excellent. Michael was able to answer all our questions and found us the vehicle we wanted with the accessories we asked for. We are very pleased with our new CRV and the way in which it was delivered. Michael welcomes us back to the dealership if more questions arise. Thanks, Mike!

Excellent Customer Service

Needed a second car for our house, went to McGrath in St Charles just to look. My salesman Michael Pompilio was very patient and took the time to show me several cars with different options to think about. I never was made to feel pressured to buy anything at anytime, but after weighing all my options we ended up getting a vehicle from them. Could not have asked for a better experience!
