Thom Koch was great to deal with. Was honest and provided good options for next services due.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment for routine service and was reminded by email of my appointment time. I am always greated by the service team and assured my repairs will be done in a timely manner.

Dave was a very good salesman. Very knowledgeable about the new HRV and all the options to the vehicle. I like that he not high pressing us into buying the car quickly. He gave us time to think things through. The only draw back was the time it took with Nick in finance. I was with him for over an hour. I feel the transition could of went quicker if the he didn't spend half the time trying to talk me into buying into buying extra coverage.

Nice helpful staff. Very clean too. Enjoyed the experience.

Had my airbags replaced because of a recall. Unsure of why for a vehicle that's an 02 had this late of safety recall for airbags.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me. Gave me fair trade for my vehicle. Had new vehicle within 2 hrs. Would recommend.
