Honda Civic with broken drive shaft, typical repair $500 - $800. This dealership wants to charge $1600!!! What the heck!!?? Triple to double the standard cost, how is that justified? Recommendation, stay away, there several shops in the area, with good ratings, that will get the job done without the overcharge. Just my opinion, but facts are facts.

The salesman, Pete Mattison was superb. One of the best car buying/leasing experiences I can remember. Well done!
