I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Odyssey from McGrath

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Odyssey from McGrath Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend working with Sebastian, Harris, Akira, Jeff, and Sam — they were absolutely amazing. The team made the entire process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The deal they offered me was unbeatable. Trust me, I've been to other Honda dealerships, and none came close to matching what McGrath Honda offered. If you're in the market for a new Honda, this is the place to go. Exceptional service and an outstanding deal — what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

At this point almost three months later the total

At this point almost three months later the total experience has been a disaster. I bought from them and I am from out of state. They will not hold a car even for a time. As such we went through the entire purchase process other than signing the dotted line and still, they would not hold the vehicle. Ultimately, they messed up and sold a different care than the one I wanted. So we were able to purchase it. On the day we bought it, we waited a really long period of time just to pay them. They only had one Finance Officer available and it took us 3 hours just to pay them and that did not include the test drive and all the preliminary discussions about warranties etc. The prices are great, there is no doubt about that, but the process itself was a bit of a mess and we were annoyed with the confusion and also how long it took simply to pay them. It is hard to say that you will beat their prices though so many of these issues we overlooked because the cost was just too good. Franz who assisted us was a really nice person. Ultimately he was not in control of the issues that we experienced so I recommend him as a considerate and caring person despite the things that were out of his control. Now after three months they have not registered or completed the title. As such we are fined by our state because McGrath has not done their job. There is not 1 single part of this process that has gone well. What a disaster. I would say you should never purchase from this dealership. FULL STOP. If I was not from out of state it would be my main goal to tell everyone I know how bad this place is. Don't let them fool you that because they sell a lot they are good. They are incompetent in every area of selling. What a joke.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any

I have never had such a terrible experience with any business in my life. Not a single person can take responsibility for their failures. I have had 5 different issues throughout the purchase process. The amount of times I was told "I will call you back" I can't even name. While George did call back he recognized how poorly this business communicates. Not a single person in that place has any clue what is happening. No one communicates and it allows everyone to remain nonresponsive to the person they are "helping." Utter incompetence. I would love to review each of those people who didn't call me back but it is easier to only do this once. George claimed he wanted to take responsibility and so here it is. To top it all off George decided to call me back and get upset with ME. Yes, me the guy who has had all kinds of problems because of the failures at their dealership. Apparently, it is MY fault his dealership can't communicate and is unable to do their jobs. I am so glad that even after all the mistakes they have made, it is I! The customer! Who is the liar and I am at fault. The utter disrespect for the customer and utter lack of self-awareness was amazing. Truly Amazing.

Trade in value given was $6600, We asked for $7100.

Trade in value given was $6600, We asked for $7100. Initial trade deal was insulting and we were lied to by young guy who initially took our call. Dealership had us waiting for hours with a pregnant wife and we had to come back a second day. We worked very hard for the deal we got. Garry, Lanell, Zach, and George were good to us but it shouldn't have been a battle and we didn't even haggle enough on the car price. But I will admit this experience was still better then the previous places we visited. You guys wanted to make the deal.

From the moment you walk in you are treated like a dumbo

From the moment you walk in you are treated like a dumbo nad service rep keep on upselling you. They don't listen to what are the issue you are facing. More interested in all the upsell and additional services they can provide. Service Advisor David was totally oblivious to what I had to say. When I complained I got a email signed as Service Manager and sent by the same person who I am complaining about. This shows absolutely the seriousness of the company towards customers.

In August we purchased a 2022 CRV from your dealership.

In August we purchased a 2022 CRV from your dealership. Paid cash. Still have not received the title to this auto. Have many several inquiries by e mail and telephone as to when will we receive the title. I have spoken with three different woman and have left a message with the finance director and yet to receive a call back. HELP - HELP.

Pete Mattison was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to get my wife and I the best deal possible. He also was very transparent and did not hold you hostage like some dealerships will. I would 100% recommend Pete to anyone and we will be going back to him once our lease is up.
