Darek was knowledgeable with the car that I want to purchase. He is personable and he took the time to teach me about the features of the car.

I was treated really well here, especially being taken care of by Yvette. The price was very set in stone but the finance team did try very hard to get me to my payment wants. Yvette was very attentive to my concerns as well as rectifying any issues I had. I also appreciate George and his continual insistence of helping me getting into the car with what was my max amount monthly I was willing to pay, however he truly dedicated himself to getting that amount for me. However there was little room to negotiate price on the used car nonetheless I do love it.

Highly recommend this dealership and Max as a salesperson. I liked them better than one of the dealerships closer to me, so chose to drive farther for their excellent service.

Would not recommend buying a used vehicle from McGrath. We had a 4 hour drive to the dealership so we negotiated a price ahead of time. We arrived and the vehicle was not "in great shape with no damage". Had scratches that were deep enough to leave dents and they were filled with black paint on a red car. There was a hole in the taillight that was covered in clear tape. Interior was bad enough that when a manger came out he apologized that "it looks like crap". They refused to fix the problem and wouldn't lower the price to compensate. Maybe they're good at selling new cars.

I purchased a used car from McGrath Honda and Yvette was so helpful and made the whole buying process so nice and smooth. I will consider buying from them again in the future.

MSRP $26,155 Dealer Discount- $1,795 Price$24,360 this is advertised on their website and Cars.com for a 2020 Si. I tried to purchase this vehicle via the internet through Jade just to be told by Thomas Bitner ( New Car Sales Manager)the price is full MSRP. I am a Honda owner and I am fully disgusted with this dealership and their false advertising. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There too many good Honda Dealerships across the country to purchase anything from McGrath Honda. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Honda Motor Corporation.

I purchased a 2017 Accord from them a couple weeks ago and I was really happy with the whole experience. I went to a few dealerships and all used high-pressure sales tactics and stereotypical "used car salesman"-level tactics. At McGrath, the salesperson, Darek Smorz, was patient and slowly walked me through the options. He didn't insist I make the decision that night. Unlike at other dealerships, their certified vehicles were in great condition and didn't have gashes on the side. A couple weeks later I have had no issues. Darek even tracked down the second key from a previous owner at no additional expense. I'm very happy I drove all the way out.
