Terrible pricing, check your service price with other Honda Dealer. I took my Honda Odyssey for door repair, after waiting for 3 hours they informed me they don't have parts and kept my van for 2 days. I have quoted for same service with another Honda Dealership and it was quoted to me for $480 with taxes and this dealership charged $675. Don't be fooled by their service coupon. Strongly recommend to check your vehicle service price with other Honda Dealer this dealership is very expensive.

I shopped around at quite a few dealers before discovering McGrath, and I'm glad I found them! Most dealers are shady with fees and make promises over the phone that they can't keep in person. Not so with McGrath! This might be the most transparent dealership I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Not to mention, they offer THE BEST prices around, hands down. Lastly and probably most importantly, Joselin made the buying experience extremely pleasant and seamless. I rarely refer anyone for anything because I'm a highly critical person; I would 100% refer Joselin to any of my friends with the confidence that she'll treat them well and do great business with them.

This was my families 14th car (my first) from McGrath Honda of St. Charles and Joselin made my purchase effortless and smooth. I went in and knew what I wanted and she made it happen. I will never buy a car from anyone other than McGrath Honda of St. Charles.

Akira answered back promptly and he gave me a straight and fair offer. I told him that if he can honor that price, I would sign that day. At the dealer, Akira and Maia had my car and the papers ready with the numbers we had agreed to. Nelly was fast and efficient at financing as well. Signed and left with the car all in 2.5 hours. Could not ask for better!

This dealership employs shady bait and switch tactics to get customers in the door. Literally, the first thing they ask you is if you can buy the car today and what you want your monthly payment to be. NEVER TELL THEM THIS. The car I came to buy didn't even have the right info on it because they swapped it with another similar vehicle to try to trick me about features and pricing. Then they sit you down with someone like George who tries to berate, belittle, and bully you into making a deal without negotiating whatsoever. Then they try to tack on an $895 "dealership fee," which is just code for another scam. NEVER PAY THIS. Greg literally told me it's a tactic they use to make it look like they have cheaper prices and get customers in the door. After pointless arguing and walking out, I was contacted numerous times by Riley to see if I was still interested in the car, only for him to continue asking what I want my monthly payment to be and tell me they still wouldn't negotiate on the price (they wanted me to come in again to bully me into a deal). What a waste of my time. This place is a joke. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else.

Very happy with my salesperson Darek; however Sydney is finance was quite pushy and refused to listen my concerns, unsure statements he made are correct

After visiting half a dozen dealerships and test driving over a dozen vehicles over the last few days, finally bought a used Honda crv from this dealership. We had a overwhelmingly positive experience. We worked with Moses Brima and he was great! We were direct and honest about what we wanted and were willing to pay and he helped us make it happen. I would highly recommend! It was a good experience, we would buy from them again!

Max gave me a very detailed orientation when I first bought my car and answered every single one of my questions. Moses was very patient in helping me choose cars to test drive. I would have never chosen my Honda Insight if it weren't for him. Great experience overall!
