I went In on Juneteenth (6/19) and with the help of Maxwell i walked Off the lot with a brand new 2020 Pilot perfect for my growing family. He took the time to explain all the high tech gadgets and features included in the car and made sure i was Satisfied before leaving the lot.

Beware of Bait and Switch

Buyer beware of bait and switch practice at McGrath Honda of St Charles. I verified the year, model, features and color with their best offer price via text. Twice. I excitedly went into the dealership to finalize and then was told it was a mistake. The exchange at the dealership made me feel defensive, like I had to prove what was agreed (which I did since I had the texts) I wonder how often this practice occurs?? Needless to say I am not giving this dealership my business.

Purchase new Honda Insight

Zack was the sale person that help me through the process. Great guy to deal with. He was able to work with me and find the Vehicle I want. Also McGrath Honda worked with me for the trade of my old car and gave an OTD offer that worked perfectly for me. I highly recommend Zack and the whole McGrath Honda St. Charles team that engaged in during the whole process from the first minute we enter the facility to the minute I got the car key :)

First Time Buyer

Thank you Yvette for helping me purchase my first vehicle! First time buyer and they were very patient and friendly with the process. I came in looking for a used car and they were able to help me finance a brand new car, biggest accomplishment and couldn't be happier with the service.

Awesome service!

I got my first car, a Toyota Camry, and really happy with the experience. Max helped me with the purchase and he was awesome. They also found me a good financing option and worked with me to get a better APR.

I had my car serviced on June 12, 2020. I was surprised...

I had my car serviced on June 12, 2020. I was surprised to see that my service rep and some others in the service area were not wearing masks. This really concerned me because masks are worn for others, not the person wearing the mask. I was also taken back that there were no markers keeping people 6 feet apart at the payment counter. This shows a real lack of the customer focus I have experienced in the past and the reason I have purchased my lat three vehicles at the St Charles dealership.

Very plushy sales manager, very high hidden fees

The sales manager was pushing and pressuring to buy their used car. The sales person was very nice and very helpful, but both of the sales managers were very unpleasant to work with. Because they pushed and pressured so much, I decided not to buy a car there. Prepare for a hidden fees of 4,000 above the advertised price on a used vehicle, it was very shady. The cars I drove had mechanical issues, including poor breaks, and bad alignment. I'm not coming back to that dealership.
