Always reliable, great service

I have had my CRV serviced at this facility since the purchase of my vehicle. The service team is always professional and knowledgeable about my needs. I highly recommend McGrath Honda of St. Charles.

Needed to get the oil changes. Got a coupon from McGrath. Great price, couldn't refuse to get legit Honda service from McGrath for such a deal. Staff got me in and out in less than a half hour. They took great care to ensure car was germ free. Jose Espinoza came over and from a safe distance asked if i wanted to trade in. Told him we were not ready just yet. THANKS MCGRATH!

My lease was ending so it was time to get rid of the car....

My lease was ending so it was time to get rid of the car. I was over on miles for the lease too, so I was worried about how things would turn out. Darek was wonderful to work with and made sure I ended up in the best situation possible. My lease was returned hassle free and I ended up with a great deal on a CRV. This is my third car (two leases and one bought) I have gotten through Darek, and he was well worth the trip!

Would recommend service to others.

We have dealt with this dealership since 2009 and have been satisfied with the service we have received. Although we could probably go to another dealership we still chose to go to St. Charles.

Third time buyer at McGrath of St. Charles

I live in Sycamore and work in Rockford so there are local dealerships available to me in both towns, but I prefer the sales and service at McGrath. I bought my first CR-V over ten years ago and just replaced it yesterday. We also bought an Odyssey Touring last year from McGrath. Their staff and service can't be beat. Darek, Tom, and Jason are all great to work with. Thank you for great service and friendly staff. We will be back!

Dishonest management

Dishonest management. They will get you with their spot delivery scam if you are not careful. Salesman are very uneducated about the vehicles. Please go somewhere else
