Hi-Line Autohaus

In my opinion, Hi-line is dishonest and conniving. I bought a Mercedes SUV with a DVD player system. Not being familiar with the system, I didn't realize it would not work without a remote. They told me they would get one and everything was fine. When I got the remote after purchasing the car, I found that one of the screens was internally cracked. I believe they hid the remote until after I purchased the car so I wouldn't find the cracked screen. The replacement screen is $2000. There was also a burned 3- inch circle hidden under a floor mat. Of course they think I should have looked under the mat. After all, who would trust a used car salesman? If you deal with them, have an independent inspection service check the car. For the past two months, I have been considering buying a new luxury SUV. I visited a few dealerships and became a bit discouraged as their prices were high, sales(men) were arrogant (female consumer here) and more importantly, customer service was disingenuous. Enter Hi-Line Garage! Wyatt immediately responded first thing Monday morning to an email that I sent Sunday evening. During our discussion, he shared that the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold, but offered to research to see if they would be getting anymore of this model in their inventory in the near future. We discussed other models that I had looked at and he encouraged me to come in and take a look. This is the best move that I could have made. While I decided on a model that I had not even considered, I am very pleased with my BMW X5. What is so refreshing is that Wyatt mentioned they had BMWs on the lot and I immediately dismissed them. However, as I test drove other models, I caught a glimpse of the BMWs as I drove back on the lot. I was immediately drawn to the styling and after test driving my "favorite", I knew it was the one. Rather than using my bank, I allowed Hi-Line to shop financing for me and was quite pleased with the interest rate and terms. What is most important however, is the superior customer service that I received. From Wyatt, to Phil, to Ali (and all others who I came in contact with), my experience here showed me that all dealerships are not the same. When it is time for my next upgrade, I will certainly be back! In the meantime, I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to stop by Hi-Line Garage!!!

This is the second purchase at Hi line!! We had such an awesome experience the last purchase, got a great price, and they ensured we were satisfied with our purchase. We decided to visit again and had the same awesome experience. You won't find a better deal!

I've never done a review before, but I must share with others that I loved the car buying experience at Hi-Line and loved my salesman, VITO!! I must say that I was skeptical about coming to a used car dealer instead of going to a car dealership to buy a luxury car, due to an unpleasant car buying experience in the past. However, I'm so glad I did!! Honestly, I must admit that this was the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience EVER (and I have traded quite a few luxury cars over the past years). From the moment I called to check on if the car I wanted to see was still in inventory until the moment I made my purchase, I felt welcomed and at ease! I was greeted when I walked in by the receptionist and VITO! (It was neat and clean inside). VITO made sure I had something to drink and was comfortable! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Thanks to the finance guys (Phil & Rob) for having such patience and working so diligently in my favor (the "great magicians") and the process didn't take all day (like I've experienced in the past). VITO was right there to support me every step of the way!! He even gave me a courtesy call the next day to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. VITO has a great personality and I never felt like he was trying to play games or trick me into making a purchase. I would recommend HI-LINE GARAGE as a great business to purchase a vehicle and VITO as an outstanding salesman!!! I can't even think of one negative thing to mention.

Vito was an excellent representative of Hi Line. More than a salesman he wanted to find out what I wanted and then worked hard to fill my needs. We had several road tests until we figured out the car for me. I had less than perfect credit but they got me into the car. The prices are excellent. No negotiating but the listed prices are all excellent. For once I walked out of a car dealership wondering if I could have got a better deal. Not this one. Thanks Vito & your team

I contacted Hi-Line Garage mid July after having an extremely bad experience with a car lot in Ft. Mill the week before. Needless to say my trust in used car lots was pretty much shot! Nonetheless, I was in need of a vehicle and they had the make, model and trim of the car I'd searched for for weeks!! I wasn't sure what to expect from this place but I can assure you that they exceeded my expectations! Its clear that this lot specializes in foreign cars (BMW, Benz etc) which I was not in search of not to mention that I'm not a customer that has the best of credit but that didn't stop these guys from treating me as they would a customer with a pocket full of money and A1 credit!! My salesman Joe Scarpino was the best. He listened to my horror story of being taken advantage of the previous week and made sure to take my fragile state into consideration when selling me my car with no pressure whatsoever. He was such a sweetheart! I can't give him all the glory though. I commend Ali and his partners for the way they run their business! They made sure to introduce themselves to me and involve themselves in the sales process. Their finance/insurance guy Rob was pleasant as well and openly answered all of my questions (I had a butt load of them and read EVERYTHING line by line) leaving no mystery as to what I was signing when finalizing my paperwork. I'm grateful for everyone at Hi-Line... From the smiling face at the front desk all the way down to the guy who detailed my car! Thanks Joe for being so attentive to my needs! Ali and Rob and everyone else involved with the financing, thank you so much for getting me approved! I can't thank you all enough for understanding my struggle and doing your best to get me financed so that it made sense for my budget.
