This is the second purchase at Hi line!! We had such an awesome experience the last purchase, got a great price, and they ensured we were satisfied with our purchase. We decided to visit again and had the same awesome experience. You won't find a better deal!

I've never done a review before, but I must share with others that I loved the car buying experience at Hi-Line and loved my salesman, VITO!! I must say that I was skeptical about coming to a used car dealer instead of going to a car dealership to buy a luxury car, due to an unpleasant car buying experience in the past. However, I'm so glad I did!! Honestly, I must admit that this was the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience EVER (and I have traded quite a few luxury cars over the past years). From the moment I called to check on if the car I wanted to see was still in inventory until the moment I made my purchase, I felt welcomed and at ease! I was greeted when I walked in by the receptionist and VITO! (It was neat and clean inside). VITO made sure I had something to drink and was comfortable! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Thanks to the finance guys (Phil & Rob) for having such patience and working so diligently in my favor (the "great magicians") and the process didn't take all day (like I've experienced in the past). VITO was right there to support me every step of the way!! He even gave me a courtesy call the next day to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. VITO has a great personality and I never felt like he was trying to play games or trick me into making a purchase. I would recommend HI-LINE GARAGE as a great business to purchase a vehicle and VITO as an outstanding salesman!!! I can't even think of one negative thing to mention.

Vito was an excellent representative of Hi Line. More than a salesman he wanted to find out what I wanted and then worked hard to fill my needs. We had several road tests until we figured out the car for me. I had less than perfect credit but they got me into the car. The prices are excellent. No negotiating but the listed prices are all excellent. For once I walked out of a car dealership wondering if I could have got a better deal. Not this one. Thanks Vito & your team

I contacted Hi-Line Garage mid July after having an extremely bad experience with a car lot in Ft. Mill the week before. Needless to say my trust in used car lots was pretty much shot! Nonetheless, I was in need of a vehicle and they had the make, model and trim of the car I'd searched for for weeks!! I wasn't sure what to expect from this place but I can assure you that they exceeded my expectations! Its clear that this lot specializes in foreign cars (BMW, Benz etc) which I was not in search of not to mention that I'm not a customer that has the best of credit but that didn't stop these guys from treating me as they would a customer with a pocket full of money and A1 credit!! My salesman Joe Scarpino was the best. He listened to my horror story of being taken advantage of the previous week and made sure to take my fragile state into consideration when selling me my car with no pressure whatsoever. He was such a sweetheart! I can't give him all the glory though. I commend Ali and his partners for the way they run their business! They made sure to introduce themselves to me and involve themselves in the sales process. Their finance/insurance guy Rob was pleasant as well and openly answered all of my questions (I had a butt load of them and read EVERYTHING line by line) leaving no mystery as to what I was signing when finalizing my paperwork. I'm grateful for everyone at Hi-Line... From the smiling face at the front desk all the way down to the guy who detailed my car! Thanks Joe for being so attentive to my needs! Ali and Rob and everyone else involved with the financing, thank you so much for getting me approved! I can't thank you all enough for understanding my struggle and doing your best to get me financed so that it made sense for my budget.

I talked to Dan, a salesman, about buying a BMW SUV and he was informative about their cars. I didn't make a purchase but it was not because of salesman. He did a call back and follow up on to me as well. They didn't have the product I needed at the time.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hi-Line Garage to anyone looking for a vehicle. And I would like to especially thank Vito Grasso. He was extremely professional and friendly and made the whole buying experience very easy. Again, thank you Hi-Line and thank you Vito!

You get a great price but there is no negotiating. If you are into the bargaining back and forth, sales person going back to the manager, etc., you will be disappointed. I was, since I am used to the whole haggling process, I actually welcome a little challenge that used car salesmen like to bring followed by the heavy guns of the managers that sit you down and explain things to you, and everything else in between. These guys just give you the best price around. As a buyer, you can't use the usual bargaining chips and verbal techniques, they simply beat the competition. I've shopped for this particular make and model for months in the 100 mile radius. Their price and quality was simply unmatched. Jimmy was a good salesman, he understood my need to haggle and my expectations to be treated like a typical used car buyer. We both laughed at it.
