I was having a hard time coming to the reality that I needed to let my 2006 Acura MDX go. I had been eyeing the Volvo S60 for a couple of weeks online and, although, there were great deals around Charlotte, Hi-Line had the best pricing and selection by far. From the moment I stepped on the lot until the moment I sat in my new purchase, Vito made the experience enjoyable. He recognized me as an educated shopper and there was no pressure or sales gimmicks. I was able to get a car with low mileage at a great price. Of course I would recommend this dealership and sales team. I'm happy.

Jimmy Wilkins at Hi-Line was great. He is knowledgable and was never pushy or rude. The experience was a positive one for me, and I'm a woman who went (without a man) to buy this car, and with my kid who is 7. I'll be back in a couple years to trade this in, and buy another one...Bought a Benz E350. Loving it.

Fantastic place! They were very attentive and the whole purchasing process was a pleasure! They picked me up at the airport and helped me out with all my questions. The Sales Representative Wyatt was super helpful and contacted me several times afterwards to assure that I was satisfied. They even returned money back to me when I had paid too much in sales tax.
