I have purchased two vehicles from Hi-Line Garage and my experience with Ali and his team each time was first-rate. They listened to what I was looking for and never pressured me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. I appreciate that they were more interested in building a long-term customer relationship rather than making a quick sale. I wouldn't hesitate to refer family or friends to Hi-Line Garage when looking for a quality used import vehicle.

Great service
After purchasing our 4 th car from HiLine, I can say their customer service is still fabulous. Jimmy is a great salesman and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend them and never buy a car from anywhere else

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I have been buying high end autos for the past twenty years and have a great deal of experience with purchasing luxury cars. I recently purchased a 750 LI BMW from High-Line Garage and the whole buying process exceeded my expectations. I drove 400 miles with a trade and upon arrival I was treated with respect and felt very welcome. My sales person Jimmy W. had a vast knowledge of the BMW that would rival even the developers. The owners gave me a very fair trade value without all the hassle you find at most dealerships. The facility was very nice,well thought out,and everyone who worked at High-LIne Garage could not been more helpful and polite. The BMW I purchased looked even better in person, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a show room luxury auto to make a visit to this dealership. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Jimmy W. he is very straight forward,accommodating,and he really knows he luxury autos. The whole staff could not have been easier to deal with I would also suggest working with the finance manager as he can get great rates and terms.

My wife and I just bought a 2013 Lexus RX 350 from Hi-Line Garage. We couldn't be happier. Hi-Line was our last stop and we are sure glad we took the time. We got a newer model at a better price. Vito, our agent, showed me the Carfax and we went over the warranty and all of the options. The question posed to me by the competitors was, "how can they sale the car so far below the expected retail, something must be missing." There was nothing missing Hi-line has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and they gave my wife and I A+ consideration. I personally checked the car over thoroughly and the Lexus dealer also ran it through their inspection process. Hi-Line operates on high volume, high end vehicles, and low overhead. They have a very clean show room and they staff is very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a Hi End vehicle I would strongly recommend that you pay them a visit!

Beware
In my opinion, Hi-line is dishonest and conniving. I bought a Mercedes SUV with a DVD player system. Not being familiar with the system, I didn't realize it would not work without a remote. Ater the sale, they told me they would get one and everything was fine. When I got the remote after purchasing the car, I found that one of the screens was internally cracked. I believe they hid the remote until after I purchased the car so I wouldn't find the cracked screen. The replacement screen is $2000. There was also a burned 3- inch circle hidden under a floor mat. Of course they think I should have looked under the mat. After all, who would trust a used car salesman? If you deal with them, have an independent inspection service check the car. They are available online.

Teamwork
My wife and I bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 two days ago, and couldn't be happier with the car or the service at Hi-Line Garage. Nick was the person we spoke to on the phone, and he was very professional, helpful and friendly. He was off the day we purchased the car, but Wyatt exhibited the same professionalism, helpfulness and courtesy as Nick had. My wife and I were both getting late for appointments, and to speed up the process, Rob did the paperwork, while Rusty took care of the temporary plate and Wyatt put in the new floor mats. A better example of teamwork I haven't displayed in some time. Anyway we made both our appointments on time thanks to the Hi-Line Garage staff.

The Way Car Buying Should BE
I would recommend Hi-Line Garage to anyone who is serious about purchasing a car. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz LTZ R/S from Hi-Line. Buy far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the first point of contact everything was easy. Joe Scarpino! Most dealers are so pushy, but not Joe. He actually wanted to know if I really liked the car and was not trying to put me off on another vehicle. He was so nice. A professional and made this experience one I will not forget. Finally! A Dealership That Cares
For the past two months, I have been considering buying a new luxury SUV. I visited a few dealerships and became a bit discouraged as their prices were high, sales(men) were arrogant (female consumer here) and more importantly, customer service was disingenuous. Enter Hi-Line Garage! Wyatt immediately responded first thing Monday morning to an email that I sent Sunday evening. During our discussion, he shared that the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold, but offered to research to see if they would be getting anymore of this model in their inventory in the near future. We discussed other models that I had looked at and he encouraged me to come in and take a look. This is the best move that I could have made. While I decided on a model that I had not even considered, I am very pleased with my BMW X5. What is so refreshing is that Wyatt mentioned they had BMWs on the lot and I immediately dismissed them. However, as I test drove other models, I caught a glimpse of the BMWs as I drove back on the lot. I was immediately drawn to the styling and after test driving my "favorite", I knew it was the one. Rather than using my bank, I allowed Hi-Line to shop financing for me and was quite pleased with the interest rate and terms. What is most important however, is the superior customer service that I received. From Wyatt, to Phil, to Ali (and all others who I came in contact with), my experience here showed me that all dealerships are not the same. When it is time for my next upgrade, I will certainly be back! In the meantime, I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to stop by Hi-Line Garage!!!
