My experience was awesome, the team worked together to make my experience easy. I spent a short time after driving from Blythewood to make the purchase. The picture and in person view of the Q7 Audi was spot on. The vehicle was detailed better than any other luxury purchase I have made. The salesman Joe was nice, accommodating and very patient. The manager Darren was personable and approachable unlike some at other dealers. I give them 5 stars. I will definitely buy with them again. No haggling is true. My financing process was less than 40min. Very impressive!

No sales pressure, except car may be sold when you come back. If you are serious about buying, this is your place. No BS, it is what it is. Great cars at a good price. If you are looking to dicker or play games you need to go somewhere else. Eric very knowledgeable and personable. Great to work with.

After researching the car I wanted, I called Hi-Line garage and spoke with Judy and let her know I had seen several of the Lexus’ that I was interested in at their dealership and were on our way there. When we arrived she had the perfect car waiting for us. Judy was probably the best car salesperson I have ever encountered and never felt pressured by her. Only that she truly wanted to assist us in getting the vehicle we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. I also believe that the dealership allow their salespeople to operate this way and don’t pressure them. I found the exact car I wanted at Hi-Line with Judy's help late Friday afternoon, drove to Charlotte Monday morning and left within an hour. Easiest process ever.
