I typically don't write online reviews, this is the first one I have completed in the last 3 years. If you are looking for a late model luxury vehicle this is the first place to look. I spent a week scouring the internet looking for a specific car. I looked at a 250 mile radius and I found the model I was looking for a model year newer with fewer miles than the next best option. The sales staff were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Their no haggle pricing made that part of the buying experience easy. Worth the 90 mile drive each way!

I ended up with a car that was a year newer than I hoped for with fewer miles for the price I had i originally hoped for. The sales process was easy, everyone was helpful. I recently visited Hi-Line Garage with the intention of "Just Looking" at C-Class and E-Class Mercedes. I must say I was very impressed from the moment I sat foot on Hi-Line's car lot until the moment I drove off the lot in my beautiful Mercedes! Kudos to Purnell Wood for greeting us with a big warm smile and patience of a Saint. This experience was different from any other dealerships I had previously visited where no one wouldn't even come out to greet you or ask if they could help you. Oh well, their loss somebody else's gain. Purnell was very professional, informative and made the process of purchasing a car the easiest I have ever experienced. I had an excellent experience buying my 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 from High Line Garage. I wanted a black car at first and they only had a dark grey one so it took me 3 days thinking until I finalized the deal but the sales person Purnell Wood took all his time to to answer my questions coming in on his day off and staying passed closing time until I was happy with my decision. He never pressured me and I felt after going to Car Max to see what they had to offer I got a much better deal at Hugh Line Garsge.

First of all, the cars and the people are superior. We recently drove from Winston Salem to Charlotte to see and review a Mercedes. I was impressed with the customer service. No high pressure sales. Just come in try it and if you like it, let's make it happen. We had our 4 year old with us and Ken was almost like an uncle to him. Affordable and very smooth overall experience.
