I began speaking to him a day prior to my 3.5 hour drive to Charlotte and immediately felt at ease with him. He gladly did a walk around via phone for me when I questioned the cosmetic condition of the car I was interested in. I was running late for the appointment I set with him yet he nearly broke his neck to make sure I was taken care of as soon as possible. He was honest, friendly, and a pure joy to be around. I left with the car of my dreams and felt like everyone there did everything they could to make my experience a positive one. Every car there is in immaculate condition. After much research, I can say with certainty nobody in NC can touch their customer service, pricing, or quality.

The MOST un organized place I've EVER been. The salesman I had an appointment with was NOT there. The salesman who helped me DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO START THE CAR! Really! He did not know where to start a Masarati. The furniture is from Goodwill. I would not suggest this dealership.

I have nothing but respect for the entire staff of the Hi Line Garage. Everyone was very professional and caring. This was a fantastic dealership experience. There was no pressure during any aspect of my time spent at the dealership.Usually when I pull into a dealership, the salesperson run over each other trying to be first to throw their sales pitch at me. At Hi Line Garage there were no salespersons being pushy or trying to get me interested in something I had no interest in. Marc Rector is the salesperson I had conversed with prior to driving over 100 miles to the dealership. When I Arrived, I knew this would be a different experience. I was met with a smile, a hand shake, and asked "how can I be of help". Marc is awesome! There was no question that I asked that went unanswered and he was superbly knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was interested in. This was a fantastic car buying experience and there were no promises made that were not kept. Marc Rector is to be commended for his positive attitude, knowledge, and professionalism that I believe was above and beyond any salesperson that I have ever been involved with in my 80 years of life on this planet! I've purchased a lot of cars in my 45years of life, this is hands down the greatest car buying experience I have ever had, and I've had some pretty good ones. First off, Nick (the greatest car salesman to ever walk the earth) did as much as he could to take care of everything up front with me via phone and email in an effort to handle all of the preliminaries. Which is golden because my job doesn't allow me much spare time. Once we settled as much as we could I went to the lot during my lunch break. By the way we were received upon arriving to the lot you would've thought were buying 3 cars cash! They made us feel like we were royalty, without even knowing the purpose of our visit! Within 42 minutes I was leaving with our new BMW. 42 MINUTES!! And the finance manager (great guy) kept apologizing about taking so long!!!!! Not to mention the car was flawless and listed so far below book I didn't even bother haggling.
