After a little bit of negotiation, we were able to settle on a fair price. Salesman Joe Scarpino was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Worked with Jimmy, he was very informative and flexible. I was interested in several cars, he was very patience during the process. I was able to drive and review the cars, he then placed them side by side and left us alone to discuss the cars so that we could make a decision. He pointed out the features of the cars so that we could compare and the no haggle pricing is a plus. I would do business with Hi Line again.

This experience was one of the worst car buying experiences almost from the get go. We called the dealership in regards to a particular vehicle and spoke with a Darren (the only bright spot in this experience) We were advised to to a financing app online, which we did, and instead of being contacted by the finance department, we were contacted someone else perpetrating themselves to be such. This caused multiple issues - 1. someone other than a finance department employee was taking personal information (SS #, Income, etc...) and as it turns out - this was actually another sales person which caused issue #2- two sales people working the same deal and the guy who had the deal first had to give it up. Issue #3 we put a deposit on the specific vehicle at the request of the second guy who told us that he was putting a SOLD sign on the car right then - Which apparently did not happen. When we called this morning we were told the car was, you guessed it, SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER WE HAD PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AND THEY HAD OUR MONEY. After calling this moring I spoke to a sales manager and was basically given the excuse of "well the deposit doesnt really hold the car because other people could be working a deal on it" If thats the case then what is the asking for a deposit that would hold the car for 48 hrs. Further we had already secured financing through our bank and were just giving these guys an opportunity to quote us a rate and payment. Again - One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had
