Triston worked with me and was very patient. Helped to negotiate a great price on the vehicle I was interested in, and helped to get me a better price on my trade in. Unfortunately had an issue come up so I couldn't finish the sale but they were courteous anyway!

Tristan is so patient and professional!

Tristan is so patient and professional! I had asked him many questions, he answered all of them and made sure my dad was on the same page as well! Carl Black has my business and I would refer anyone to shop here as well! He made sure I was getting the best deal to include discounts since I’m active military, I would like to take the time to say thank you for your service Tristan and ensuring I’m driving out the lot with the car of my dreams!

Triston Moreno is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever

Triston Moreno is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever worked with! He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free—definitely not your typical dealership sales guy. He was honest, patient, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. No pressure, just great customer service!

Triston worked with us by text and phone as we lived 200 miles from the dealership. We were able to successfully negotiate the best new car price and the best trade-in value for our existing car. That is the reason we traveled such a distance to purchase our new car.

I feel so insulted after my interaction with Ahin.

I feel so insulted after my interaction with Ahin. I purchased my 3500 Silverado 10 years ago from Carl Black and had the most amazing experience they earned my loyalty for 10 years. Today that changed. My truck required service and when I made the appointment yesterday I asked about a loaner and they said I would have to ask when I check in. So I'm checking in and nothing is available. When I purchased my truck 10 years ago they allowed me to test drive different diesels while my original truck was getting serviced and I ended up trading it in and buying the new one. So I asked if I could speak to a sales person to see if I could test drive an SUV or other kid friendly vehicles as we need to get a 3rd vehicle. My service advisor went to ask and they said no so I asked if I could speak with them so I could explain the situation. We're hoping to buy in the next few months- but I wasn't asked any questions- I was informed by Ahin that- "it sounds like I'm trying to use them." I was so shocked that I was being accused of trying to use someone when I'm actually a customer in the process of shopping for my next car. My mom is a GM employee and I get GM family discount so I will not be buying a different brand- but I definitely will not be buying from you. I was wanting to test drive cars sir and if you wanted my business you just lost it. I am a sales rep of high end wellness equipment and I am just shocked that a sales person would treat someone this way.

I bought a remote control for my truck and I went to be programmed and I was never attended to cordially, the customer service staff was very rude as was their manager, I would never visit Carl Black Chevrolet again on 535 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville Tn
