My best experience buying a car thus far. I came in with a lot of concerns and questions- not one was minimized or unanswered. I really appreciated Triston’s willingness to let me fall in love with the car on my own rather than pushing a deal in my face. It left me feeling satisfied with my purchase. 1 week later, still no buyers remorse! I was sold a great car with a good price and better mileage. Thank you, Carl Black!

Please be aware and go somewhere else for your services. They kept my truck for a week for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also to repair the port for the gps device and a couple of simple firmware updates to the system. And to possibly find a grinding noise when I start the truck. I had to finally tell them that I had to have my truck back. When I got it, the oil life wasn’t reset and they said they weren’t able to rotate the tires due to tread wear. Who knows if the oil was even changed. Did the two updates, couldn’t find the cause of the grind sound, didn’t fix gps port but claimed they did. Basically kept the truck for a week and maybe got the oil change done, who knows? Also they threw everything from the back seat to the front seat and left the entire cab in a mess. I have no idea why they would’ve even needed to get into the back cab. This was the first and last time ever using them. A total joke repair shop!!!!!

Triston is an honest and straightforward salesman. He prioritizes taking care of his customers even after the sale is made. He made our car buying process easy and answered all our questions.
