Very reliable, will work with you on getting you in what

Very reliable, will work with you on getting you in what you really want, and extremely professional, super nice salesman! If I had to do this process all over again I would go right back to Carl Black and see Triston!!!

They put me in a no win situation.

They put me in a no win situation. I took my very old Yukon to them to see if it was worth repairing. I had been told by an independent mechanic that the engine needed replacing. I wanted a second opinion from a dealer. A few days later they told me that they could make the repairs needed for 2k. I approved the repairs even though the vehicle is only worth maybe 6k. After making those repairs I was informed that while on a test drive they realized that the oil pressure was very low and they needed to perform an engine diagnostic for another $400.00. I approved this even though I did not understand why this was not done first. The result was that the engine needed to be replaced and that would cost 10k. They offered to reduce the initial cost of repairs if I replaced the engine. So 12k or so to repair a vehicle worth 6k. My other option was to pick up the car with what amounts to a blown engine for 2k. A phone call to the service manger resulted in a reduction to 1.2k for the repairs to a blown engine. So I picked up the car which is basically scrap metal for 1.2k today. It could be worse I suppose…….I do have a fresh tune up on a blown engine.

Very bad I replaced my brake pads and rotors but still

Very bad I replaced my brake pads and rotors but still noise coming soon as I press the brake. They didn’t fix when i get back there. Poor service and customer service.

Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. After agreeing on a sales price and checking my credit (which is excellent), Terrence R. tried to raise the price of the vehicle by $4000, claiming that they entered a figure wrong. The numbers should've been double-checked prior to sending them to me, and most definitely before doing a hard inquiry into my credit. Incompetent or unethical? Either way, beware!

Triston was great.

Triston was great. Helped me and my wife find the exact vehicle we wanted and was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions. He made purchasing a vehicle painless. The process was quick and didn’t take all day. The finance process was easy and Joel was great to work with as well. This is not your typical “dealership” experience. They truly care about the customer. No high pressure, just there to assist and help. You won’t be disappointed here!
