Tristan was an incredible service through this process. I was looking to buy out my lease and he made this process seamless & efficent. We all know the car dealership horror stories - this was quite the opposite. It was pleasant, quick, and helpful. Tristan is very communicative, helpful & has a great head on his shoulders.

I spoke with Kiante over the phone before coming into the showroom because I had a unique set of circumstances and didn't want to waste anyone's time if I was not a candidate for a new vehicle. Kiante set my mind at ease, welcomed me, listened and truly heard my story, and worked with me to explore my options. I am so pleased to say that nearly six months later, I still feel lucky to have had Kiante in my corner to assist me in my purchase of a Chevy Trax. My vehicle is a pleasure to drive and I am grateful for the exemplary customer service from every staff member I engaged with at Carl Black Chevrolet.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Triston Moreno!

Absolutely outstanding experience with Triston Moreno! He delivered my BMW with the best attitude and professionalism I've ever encountered. I traveled all the way from Ohio, and out of all the car salespeople I've dealt with over the years, Triston was the only one who truly impressed me. His knowledge, courtesy, and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. If you're in the market for a vehicle, Triston is the guy you need to see. Five stars all the way!

Don't get me wrong, Carl Black mechanics are really good

Don't get me wrong, Carl Black mechanics are really good but the customer service advisors could use some skills training. Zack has a problem with providing customer service since he won't return phone calls or communicate with the customer. Then he had the nerve to say it was bad information from the customer. No, the customer gave him the information, he is the one that did not call the customer back with the new updates; like, no we don't have your car. Zach could not spend two minutes to return a call to the customer and say the car was not received from the tow truck driver. In a two hour timeframe he could not call the customer and advise the car was missing. That is not customer service, that is incompetence.

Triston, is a great salesman, no xx negotiations. I said what I wanted and he was able to work with his manager to get it done. No back and fourth. Good communication thought out the process and follow up after the sale. I recommend Triston

2023 Traverse

Needed a new battery, they replaced and a daytime running light they had to order. After replacing the battery the bright lights were turning on and off by themselves and the switch would not turn them off
