VERY deceptive pricing!
VERY deceptive pricing! I drove 2 hours to see a 2018 Audi Q5 that they have priced at 14500 on cars.com. Called to verify! Nowhere on the site is there another price listed. Upon arrival and after looking at this vehicle and starting paperwork, magically a price of $18999 comes out of nowhere. Absolutely TERRIBLE don"t EVER consider that place!!

Hello to the next potential buyer, I would like to
Hello to the next potential buyer, I would like to forewarn you! If you are traveling a long distance to come to this dealership because you are under the impression that you have possibly found a good vehicle at a good price; I am advising you to think again. I spoke to someone at the dealership prior to going; explained to them, I would be traveling over 2 hours to their dealership to see this particular vehicle only and to first let me know if it is still available and secondly which is extremely important, is it anything wrong with it???? I was asked to hold on for a couple of minutes and then told the vehicle is there and in working condition. Ok, I take the 2 hour drive and I get to look at the vehicle then I decide I’ll take it for a test run the Salesperson tells me: WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE IT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION…. Are you kidding me? I just spent time, gas, and money on tolls just to be told this. I do not want this to happen to anyone else traveling to this dealership. My advice to you would be find a reputable dealership somewhere else who value potential clients time and money. The good news is. I was able to do just that and found the perfect vehicle which was reasonably price the same day!

They play games, the price online isn’t the actual price.
They play games, the price online isn’t the actual price. At the dealer they will tell you it’s the auction price , although they aren’t auction anymore. Many games with vehicles with a lot of problems

SCAM.
SCAM. THIS IS NOT A DEALERSHIP; THIS IS AN AUCTION SITE. The "price" listed is the "starting bid", and the bidding is kept open for an indefinite period of time until the "List Price" (which is WELL over market value) is met. I called ahead to verify the car was available, verify the price, and ask about the EV tax credit. I was assured by "Leyla" that "the price is the price" and the car was in stock, and encouraged me to make an appointment for a test drive. I drove OVER AN HOUR with a check for a down payment and financing in hand, but when I got there I found out that "Leyla" isn't a real person. I was handed off to the next available salesperson, and then I was led to the car which was parked SIX CARS DEEP. I asked how I was supposed to drive it, and the salesman, "Pete", said "let's see how the financing goes". When I told him I would buy it if I could drive it, he told me that's not how that works and I'd have to bid and wait for the bidding to close whenever the "List Price" is met. I was furious.

I want to share a troubling experience I had at Queens
I want to share a troubling experience I had at Queens Auto Mall recently. After thorough research and intending to secure my pre-qualification agreement for a vehicle purchase, I arrived at the location and was greeted by Juan, who showed me the vehicle of interest. Despite a few flaws, I considered adding it to my fleet. However, the financial manager’s conduct was disgraceful. Despite my repeated instructions to only run my credit with a specific financial institution, they disregarded this and ran it with several lenders, likely aiming to inflate my interest rates. To add insult to injury, they offered a laughable $1,500 for my trade-in, despite its true value being several thousand dollars. What struck me most was their blatant discrimination. While observing their interactions with customers of fairer complexions, it became clear their intention was to exploit me financially. The manager, easily recognizable in his blue shirt, then presented a "deal" where the car's price mysteriously shifted from the internet listing to an auction price. On top of that, he piled on additional fees as if they were toppings on a fast-food burger. When I refused these deceptive charges, he even resorted to threatening me with a pistol from his desk drawer. When I demanded they shred my personal information, they callously refused, suggesting I report them to BBB and consumer affairs — claiming it would yield no results. Let's see how this unfolds. In conclusion, Queens Auto Mall exemplifies everything a dealership shouldn't be. They are deceitful, discriminatory, and unprofessional. I advise everyone to steer clear and support more honest dealerships.
