Excellent Routine Maintance/Stellar Diagnosis Of Repairs
I bring my 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 here for regular maintenance and service bulletins and have always been impressed. The facility is awesome and staff incredibly friendly. But recently is where their mechanics really shined. I had been experiencing an annoying rattle from my car for months. After no more than 20 minutes the mechanic was able to pin point the rattle, which was a poorly designed heat shield/air deflector that was located in the driveshaft tunnel on the passenger side, right by the drive shaft. The mechanic was able to find it solely on discoloration on the driveshaft caused by this part. I was showed the culprit by my service advisor and the solution explained to me by the mechanic. Thanks to their mechanic and the wonderful service and attention I receive at this dealership I have been able to once again enjoy every drive in my Stinger. And with Healey Kia’s help I plan to have many more happy miles behind the wheel of my Stinger!

Dishonest Service Dept
I received a letter from Kia offering me a promo oil change for $9.95. I made an appt at the Newburgh Kia where I purchased my Forte informing them of the letter. When I arrived, the tech said the promo was only for a regular oil change and synthetic was recommended for my car. The letter didn’t specify what oil type and the Forte manual did not mention synthetic. I said that I would take a regular oil change. Then he said they only sold synthetic and the cost was $80. I left and called them the next day and they said oil changes started at $39.95! I called Poughkeepsie Kia where I did not even purchase the car and they honored the letter and said my car took conventional oil. So sorry I purchased it at the Newburgh dealer.

Very poor experience
Stopped in to see a $7000 used car on the website. Had $4000 to put down. Put us though the ringer xxxx avoid. Run of the mill car sales people. No deals here!!!

Amazing Experience! Love Healey Kia!
So I went to Healey Kia yesterday, 7/21. Looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I had already contacted Pete Finkel (Sales) the day before and basically emailed him what I wanted, what I needed, what my budget was and that was that. Pete really listened to me and did his best to make sure I got everything I asked for. Not only did he stay way under my budget......he got me great financing (with not so great credit) and got me a car that I thought wasn't possible. I walked out of there with a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento! Not only is it gorgeous and comes with all the bells and whistles....like I said, it was totally affordable. I was more than a sale to Pete. Brandon in Finance was also patient and unbelievably helpful. He broke down everything for me so that there was no surprises. And once again, thank you Brandon for serving our country. The whole dealership is really fantastic. I 200% recommend Healey Kia and especially Pete. If you need a car....go there ASAP

Matthew was very nice, and patient with me through the whole process. Understandably the sales management wanted to close the sale with me as soon as possible, but I was able to take my time and come to a deal that fit my needs. Very easy process all around. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

"Customers top priority"? I guess I was not considered a customer then. Although I am a returning customer from Healey on my lease of a Hyundai Sonata which I entered a deal for a Kia Optima. I was TRICKED in this deal where I put down what for me was a large sum of money and the return of the Sonata. Never was I told or believed that I was still subject to additional charges for the return of my lease at the whim of the dealership in the amount of nearly $1000. Never would I have had a lease returned to assess fees when I was not there... in person to review AT THE TIME. This amounts to extortion on my credit score. When I called to find out what was going on, first my call was not returned. Second time, when I insisted on speaking with someone I was spoken to in a condescending manner to the tune that i didn't have to understand the deal I made when I left the dealership! I just had to pay whatever they said, because "how are they supposed to know"? I certainly had ZERO intention of making a deal where I put down what for me is a large figure and then leaving it to the whim of the dealership additional charges on my previous lease. Telling me you weren't "keeping it in your inventory " is NOT the same telling me I was subject to UNKNOWN fees on my previous vehicle

Just got the Kia Sportage SX from Healy Bros.
I had the most pleasant buying experience with my sales people, James and Peter. They are great to work with and the were helpful explaining my purchasing needs. Great to work with and the deals were terrific. I love the car and it's many features. The car is fun to drive and has great handling.
