NYS state inspection

I bought my fiance?s 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for a NYS safety and emission inspection on Monday 05 March 2018. The service writer came over to me to try to sell everything under the sun. I told him I do all my air filters and some of the mechanical work myself. This afternoon I open my glovebox and everything fell on the floor. During there inspection to sell me a cabin air filter the mechanic or technician didn?t install the clips and the rod that holds the glovebox in place. So unprofessional All because I would not spend $90 for a cabin filter.

I am very sorry that we made a mistake by not fastening the glovebox properly. I assure you that it wasn't done purposely due to you not purchasing a cabin filter. Is there anything else that happened to cause such a poor rating? My staff and I put forth great effort to make sure our guests are treated courteously and professionally. Comfortable smooth experience

My first time leasing from Healey Kia, The sales people were very nice and accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. They took their time explaining the process with me. I leased the Kia Rio S and I feel I got a good deal, the car is great, driving and I'm going to save a lot of money on gas. Healey Kia is a great place to shop cars

Doing Business With Jon Francis @ Healey Kia

Jon was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable in the two vehicles of interest, Kia Sportage & Kia Forte. I decided to go with a 2018 Kia Forte LX without being pressured by Jon to "Pick A Vehicle". More importantly everything we discussed was within my means & budget for the new car purchase. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would absolutely refer Jon Francis to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. I also would like to wish Jon Good Luck in his career with the Healey Kia Automotive Group.

Best experience I could ask for.

Nick is the reason Healey Kia is outstanding. He is calm , knowledgeable and trustworthy. I listened to him and am so grateful I did. I would not have bought my Optima without him, because I can't imagine being that comfortable with anyone else. And they have an excellent product. Everyone helps you at Healey. Brandon explained the finances simply so I could understand them. Be smart, go see Nick at Healey Brothers.

Great experience

We?ve been leasing cars for 25 years now and this was by far the best. Staff and management very accommodating . It was like dealing with a good friend. Everything agreed to was delivered. No surprises.

Service manager never addressed my issues or concerns

I brought my Kia in for a recall. I picked it up with recall complete. 1 week later a “ new “ issue arose on my car. I brought my car into Kia again .. they charged me apprxo $500.00 for this strange repair . I asked to speak to the service manager. He was gone when I arrived at 3.30 pm ( I was told) he never called me and avoided my calls. Never addressed me . Bad business for a manager to not call, or address a costumer . Rude and untrustworthy

Best Experience Ever!!!

Very personable and patient staff!! No hard sells. Just an amazing experience!!! I knew I needed a new car and was leaning toward a KIA Soul but also had my eyes open for an SUV. Nick didn't try to sell either vehicle. He explained the pros and cons geared toward my needs and desires. He gave me space to look over differences between vehicles including new vs gently used. Regarding financing, as do most people, I was trying to stay away from too much monthly debt. Nick, Mark, and Brian put it together so it was very doable while giving me a great price on what I ultimately chose, a very cute, and very affordable 2018 KIA Soul with a premium package. I had to go back the next day to finish the transaction because we couldn't get my insurance agent on the phone. It didn't matter that the down payment I was giving couldn't be done through my bank card. The dealership was very kind and understanding and gave me a promissory note to return with the balance by check the next day. If we had been able to set up my car insurance with my agent, I would have gone home the first day with with my new car. As it was, the next day, before I got back to the dealership, Nick had contacted my insurance agent. He saved me a lot of time and effort. I thought the tutorial he gave me in the car, regarding its features, was absolutely fabulous too!! Because I was there both days on empty from no sleep, I needed a little extra time to review warranties that came with the car as well as the optional car care packages before completely committing. No problem with that either. Mark, KIA Healy's financial agent, was extra patient answering all my questions and concerns without any sign of irritation or disdain. I went back just one more time. Nick called me two days ago to tell me I could get the heated seats done as early as 9am today. He remembered I work nights so his thoughtfulness was even more appreciated. I can't give enough praise!!! They get 10 stars from me!! Thank you!!!
