We are located out of state and put a deposit on a vehicle we wanted to purchase and have delivered. After 2 weeks of having to contact the salesman almost daily they still hadn't finalized anything. We ended up moving forward with another vehicle we were able to get same day as we could no longer go without a vehicle. It was disappointing as we had the funds and were ready to purchase.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had purchasing a car through a dealer. I contacted them through the CarGurus website and George got right back with me. Car was at the Lansing location, I told him I would prefer Kalamazoo. Not a problem, he said he would have the car in Kalamazoo at 1:00 if I would like to come see it. We agreed and I met him at 1. He had the keys and car ready. I took the car for test drive before we had any real conversation. When I returned we had a very low key chat about my thoughts on the car. We put together a deal, I was offered more for my trade than at 3 previous dealers and felt the car was very fairly priced under KBB book. No pressure at all, George gave me a copy of the Car Fax and a copy of the window sticker to review let me go on my way and said to call him if I came up with any other questions. By the time I got home, a 45 minute drive, I convinced myself this was the car for me. I called him back and put a deposit on the car. George is very laid back and I highly recommend if you do not like the pressure of a typical dealership. I'm serious - go see George. I must add the purchase portion of the transaction was pleasant as well. Jenny was great and easy to talk to. Yes there is a warranty available BUT no high pressure to buy it. Jenny reviewed the plan levels with us, printed out 11 pages of information for our review and indicated we could add within 30 days if we desired. It is easy to say I would do business with Motorcars of Kalamazoo again.

Great dealership! Fantastic sales staff, I live almost 1,000 miles away and could not be there to personally see the truck I was purchasing, Rick my sales associate was great at answering my questions and sending me all of the additional photos I needed of my truck, and last but not least getting my truck shipped to me basically overnight! I'm in the car business myself and customer satisfaction is huge to us here, these guys knocked it out of the park. I love my new 2024 platinum F-450!!

We purchased a 2021 Camro SS 1LE from this dealer, sight unseen. They made the whole process very easy and sent all pictures requested. Our salesman, Rick B. , was very professional and courteous. He took all the time to answer our questions and ensure that we were comfortable in our purchase. The dealer setup shipping with their shipping carriers. The shipping carrier was very professional and fast but, safe when it came to delicately unloading the vehicle. We were able to meet them in a location within Moberly to unload the car. They navigates us through the process of getting out of state plates and were very helpful in aligning us with the correct financing options and saving us money in interest in the long run I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car both inside or outside the state.
