I drove 3hrs to test drive a vehicle with a trade in. George met the price I wanted for my trade in and I drove the new vehicle home. No high pressure, no add on's, just a fair deal on both vehicles.

Total xxxxxxxx of a dealer. Sold me a car that was not properly looked over by his mechanics. Then tried to pay me 500 dollars to remove my google review instead of just “resolving the issue” with me. Bragged how rich he is and how great his life is before telling me he illegally recorded a prior phone conversation we had. Then said would send me a disclosure agreement for an agreed amount and then has since ghosted me. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE OF A BUSINESSMAN!!

I left a review on January 31st,"Scammed1" ,about my situation at that time with purchasing a car from Motorcars of Lansing. It wasn't a great review at all. However Semoine, Orlando , Brandon, Tina and Jack sat down with me and they helped me get this situation resolved. It took some time but they fixed my car and I totally appreciate the follow through to get this done. Thank you Motorcars.

I was very lucky to have Mr.

I was very lucky to have Mr. Randy Blackwell taking care of me, a real and genuine salesman who tells you the truth and is as honest as he can be, which is very difficult to find these days. Mr. Blackwell is not only great in his job with over 30 years experience in car sales, but he is also a Vietnam Vet (Thank you for staying alive and your service Randy). He is a great asset for any company and they should be lucky to have him. I will definitely recommend Motorcarsonline.com and Randy to everyone I meet who needs a car. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. Borderline fraud. I purchased a used car from Orlando at this dealership. Long story short car drove nice on the test drive. 2 days after I bring the car home the check engine light comes on and the car starts to drive Terrible. I took it back in and they acted as if they didn't want to service the car. They decide to "fix it". They call me 5 times to pick it up then not pick it up. Less than 2 months after purchase the engine is gone. I had it towed to the shop and no communication on the issue with car or if they will honor their 3 month/3 thousand mile warranty on the vehicle. Do not purchase here. They do not care once they get you out thr door.

This is our third vehicle we have purchased through Motorcars of Lansing. Always had the vehicle we were looking for and always have had the best service. Tommy Liles has been nothing but the best. Sold a Truck to me, had it for 24 hrs.

Sold a Truck to me, had it for 24 hrs. The truck had a hint of cigarette smell (not listed) The check engine light came on and had the parking break the not turn off. The touch screen would not work. It took a month for them to make a decision on how to help me. Only to tell me to drive it back and they will fix part of the problem or they will send me a part to have it fixed here. Not covering labor. I bought the vehicle online from them and live 11+hours away making it known that I would mot be able to travel there. I fixed $1,000 worth of the problems and asked for them to cover half of the larger fix that was $3,700. They refused. I would not recommend anyone to them. They didn’t even fill up the Truck before sending it nor did they give it a fresh Oil change. I bought it online and it took all of 3 weeks for them to ship it to me.
