Made a long distance trade/purchase better than my previous in person ones even without any prior dealings with them. I was treated like family. A+ transaction including shipping both ways. I would not hesitate to recommend or do business with them again and that comes from an OCD very picky person who has traded way too many cars over the years.

David was the best. My time at Motorcars was easily one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've ever had. I was headed to an appointment at another dealership, but David showed up and showed out by delivering exactly what I wanted, literally. The vehicle I wanted was at the Kalamazoo location, but they had it delivered to Lansing in no time.
