I drove over a hour and a half to get there. Was pleasantly surprised when the vehicle was as advertised. Will was a pleasure to work with. Got right to the point and didn't try to push any extra options. Seems like a professional group to work with. We will definitely keep them in mind next time we're in need of another vehicle.

Been waiting to see how everything turned out before I...

Been waiting to see how everything turned out before I wrote a review. So ill start with initial sale. The dealership its self is very clean and tidy compared to others around the area. Alot of the cars the sell there are very nice cars. So decided to make my purchase there thinking it was more then just another dealership, well it is indeed just another dealership. Salesman and staff were very polite and easy to work with. Seemed to be willing to go above and beyond during the sale taking care of any and all issues before purchase. Not so much... once the sale was complete they held there word on replacing tires but the other repairs that were supposed to be done prior all came back the very next day. Went back n fourth for about week and then they decided to provide parts at my request to get the repairs done correctly. However wrong parts... not the right ones. Now more bad parts and notified them on everything as it happened. The response i got let me talk to this guy and then that guy another week and still no answer called again was told let me check with the owner 3 more days go by no call. So now i am done and have another shop scheduled to do the work they could not. Started with bad cats and o2 sensor, then wheel hubs, then brakes squealing, then found out the center console in the rear wasnt even attached and missing brackets they said they looked up the vin and it didnt come factory with one so they cant fix it... transmission starts slipping and shuddering was told theres no problem that the rpm gauge was just over reacting to the engine. Then it has a heavy miss and a code for the fuel injector... last communication was told bring it in but i cant do anything with it for atleast 3 weeks... no thanks ill take it somewhere to be repaired correctly the first time... mind you this is all in a week of driving. It has spent more time in my driveway broken then anything else. So to be honest dont believe what you hear only what they prove and make sure to have any vehicle completely inspected by your shop before purchase.

Thank you for your review Jason. We do pride ourselves on being thorough and diligent through all stages of the sale. I did speak with Rick and my service department and they expressed to me that we do not do cat work in our service department. That is why the cats were given to you and not done in our shop upon your request. The other issues you have listed were also brought up and addressed by our service department in the best way we were able to resolve your issues with the vehicle. We had also done the 4 new tires plus the mount and balance as well as a thorough transmission check to determine if there was a slip in the transmission. There was no reported issue with the transmission at that time of inspection. And upon further inspection we revealed the same result. Our service department is also booked out for quite some time due to high volume and low staffing needs experienced by many other dealerships at this time. We apologize for any unpleasant experiences you might have had. If there is more we can do to help resolve these issues or to help show good faith, please let us know. -Motorcars of Lansing

This is correct the cats were given to me. The rear cats... the other issues were addressed and left at what they were. Problems for me to take of. One being the rear center console thats not bolted down nore is the bracket even there. But according to your service department it didnt come factory with my vehicle... supposedly they had inspected it and called the dealer and were told that the vehicle was not equipped with that from the dealer... false that vehicle was equipped with it and i have ordered the parts to fix it myself. The transmission was supposedly checked by your technicians as well and the response that was given to me was theres no problems with the transmission and in the exact words your staff told me directly "the rpm gauge is just over reacting to the engine" what! Seriously now come on... after hearing that i was convinced there was complete lack knowledge within that shop... so i took it to a reputable transmission shop and low and behold transmission was replaced. Problem is now gone with the transmission along with 1000 dollars of my money on a car that i had just bought and was told by your certified? Shop that theres nothing wrong with it. Tires... yes tires were replaced there after paying you the extra to have that done. Was also told the tire sensors would of been replaced at that time as well... havnt had time to verify that yet as the low tire light is still on... just got it back from the transmission shop and scheduling the next appointment to have the cats replaced the front cats that is not the back ones that you got for it... along with the front wheel hubs and brakes. I wouldnt take my vehicle back to your shop nore would i trust anything they tell you as i am completely sure they are not competent enough to be giving decisions on vehicle repairs. My advice to anyone that reads this still stands... they are just another dealer... do not trust the shop have your own ready to inspect the vehicle as there will most likely be problems.

Sorry to say this but this is the worst place I have...

Sorry to say this but this is the worst place I have been. They will treat you as a queen to get you to buy the car and will promise you everything but at the end you are stuck with a junk car and no help from the owner or the seller. If you ever want to buy a car from there please make sure you bring a mechanic and do not trust on their warranty. Before I wrote this review I talked to the seller, Marti and she answer my questions but every time was a different answer. I am going to talk to anyone I can and do what I can cause I work really hard so people like that can keep my money .the service department do not answer my phone calls I was told that the warranty did not cover my problem. She even kindly try to help me to do a trade in . I have been with my car for 5 months I had issues with it since I bought it . I brought it back more than 5 times almost every week but they are just saying that it was a sensor by muy it will be fix . 5 months later they told me take it to a dealer near you., that’s is not the answer I expect after spending $16500 on a vehicle . I am a single mother with 3 kids I can not afford to lose money like that. Shame on them!

I’m glad you reminded me... The leather repair split and the brakes needed more work right after we picked it up. . We took it somewhere else to get serviced.
